Protein shakes and or smoothies

Can anyone post some recipes for either shakes or smoothies. I'm tired from eating solids(can't belive I said this ). Just some simple things would be nice. I am not creative at all when it comes to these. TIA

I don't do smoothies very often, so I know there are others that can help more than I, but I really do like the yoplait smoothies. They are quite expensive though. You can make your own with FF yogurt(I use Dannon Vanilla Lite and Fit-it is 110 calories for a cup, and I only use 1/2 cup, ), half cup almond or skim milk, fresh fruit of your choice and ice. If you want you can add whatever sweetener you want. I do not add sweetener I don't know the measurement of fruit, but I would say 1/4 to 1/2 cup. And ice to desired consistency.

That sounds very good Tex! I suggest too that you can add a scoop of whey protein (vanilla is good and goes well with everything) to make it more "hearty". Measure according to the calories listed.
