UD Wednesday :)
Hi!
I've had to change rotations, so yesterday was a MD (blah, I'm up on the scale, but I did do better than most of my past MDs...) Today: B: lc english muffin 100 and lite cream cheese 60 L: planning to go to the Keg (chain steak place) for a colleagues birthday. Not a ton of low cal options, actually. I'll either have thai chicken (500) or mustard salmond (400 or so) with veggies, and maybe a mushroom soup to start (126 for the small). D: not a clue. I'm feeling that since I won't have steak at lunch, I might have it for dinner with DH. maybe creamed spinach on the side... :) S. |
I stopped and got McDonald's on the way to work this morning.........470 calories.
For lunch I am thinking I am going to order a sub. It is raining here and I don't feel like going out in that mess. Not sure what dinner will be yet. I clearly have no plan at all for today....LOL! |
B: red velvet pancakes with cream cheese topping, bacon & coffee. I am going to try to keep it around 5-600 which I think is do-able as the pancake recipe is from a low cal blog I read.
L: Celebrating V-Day early with a heart shaped pizza from Papa Murphy's. May end up with a S'Mores Dessert Pizza too. Here I will need to draw on the power of JUDDD & SIRTs to not totally pig out. I'd like to keep it to 2 pieces of pizza (540) and 1 serving dessert pizza (258). D: don't know yet, will depend on how closely I adhere to my goals for B & L. Dinner may be a big, fat goose egg! Then my DD will be starting early. I also plan to run 2-3 miles today. And do some yoga at home. And ride one of the horses. I don't add back cals for exercise but I'm hoping it will help offset of I go over a bit. No HWC in my coffee this morning...can't afford it!!! |

Probably an egg with some leftover roast butternut squash.
A 90-cal wrap, two 50 cal hot dogs, some sauerkraut. I'm saving myself for this evening. From the local paper and one of the hotel/casinos I won a class for making Valentine's chocolates. It's taught by the pastry chef, is participatory (I was warned to wear comfy shoes and something I didn't mind getting chocolate on as it might get messy!) and includes a glass of Moet & Chandon champagne. Can't wait. |
Chinese food, baby! I've been craving it since yesterday.

Yennie, sounds like yummy grub for today! Soren, I hate MDs, too. Blah is right! Waving hello to everyone! So far (again) just coffee. I am trying some of that natural bliss creamer in chocolate with it today. Pretty yummy! DD is still sick so we're hanging at home. I really need to figure out what I'm doing food wise, but am being lazy. I'll report back later! ;) |

Update: pancakes SO not worth it. They didn't taste like red velvet & the topping was too runny, and tasted more of honey than cream cheese. Very easy to not over-indulge. Good & bad...

B: coffee w/ creamer, 1 HB egg, 1 pc cinnamon toast (230 cals) L: salmon burger w/ cheetos (520) D: (to come) chicken w/ red potatoes & carrots in crockpot (402) 1152 total, need to get to 1740. I've been baking snickerdoodles (per DD's request) and chocolate chip bars. I'm sure I'll figure something out. ;) |
