First DD almost in the books!

Dinner is smelling awfully good right now, but my first DD went well. I was able to make it on 2 cups of coffee, a diet 7 up, and water. I think it helps that I have been on Atkins induction for 3 weeks and appetite suppression has already set in. Hopefully DD 2 will be as smooth!

BTW, my 'day' starts at 5:30.

Thanks, Yennie. I really do think appetite suppression was the key factor. I'm also not a big breakfast eater, so by setting 5:30 as the start/end of my day, it really only felt like I was skipping lunch.
