DD Tuesday ~ What's your plan?
B: Tazo Awake tea
L: Small Wendy's chili with Trader Joe's habanero hot sauce (210) D: Cod (I need to use it up--I don't like it much and it's taking up valuable freezer space) |

Liquids until 1 or 2pm
Hourly mini-meals after that, 20 cal or less each, the choices are: Egg White boiled, dipped in salt, pepper and mustard Scandinavian Bran Crispbread topped with WF fake PNut Butter flavored spread (very thin layer for flavor) and a bit of WF Marshmallow Dip Gummy mango/peach chews Celery Microwave egg white 'cake' with a bit of chocolate cocoa, gluc powder and stevia Then, for dinner: 1 cup bone broth .5 head iceburg lettuce with WF Sesame Ginger salad dressing for dipping (I add vinegar and cayenne pepper to boost it up in flavor, cut some of the sweetness) Still waiting on the Strawberry Magic Pops that I ordered from Amazon - love those with just a wee bit of WF Marshmallow Dip spread on the top ![]() ETA, I actually nosh and graze more on my DD than on my UD

Lots & lots & LOTS of coffee!
Did I mention coffee? OY! How come I can never find these hotdogs people talk about? I saw some Hebrew National ones in my grocery yesterday, but it said 150 cals for 1? |

Melinda, I love lots of coffee on DD too! It really does help curb my appetite. Need to brush my teeth more often. .. . ..
I think the low calorie Hebrew National hot dogs are the Fat Free variety. |

B: Coffee, coffee, coffee!
L: Trying to hold out with just lemon water. D: Made a crock pot stew using the dripping from yesterday's roast, a bit of leftover meat, lots of bone broth, chunks of potatoes and celery. I think there is too much fat left over from the beef for this to count as a "potato meal", per se, but I find the potatoes very satisfying regardless. I won't be home until about 5 p.m. I did not bring any food with me and because I have the horses I will not stop anywhere. Hauling horses is, for me, a built in diet plan in and of itself. So I should make it to dinner on just water.

I made psyllium husk crepes ( 1 c. egg whites w/ 2 tbsp. psyllium husk) and cooked them on a non-stick griddle...They make 3...I ate two stuffed with a total of 1/2 c. 0% greek yogurt sweetened with stevia and some butter flavoring added to the mix. They were yummy...150 calories. I also had coffee this morning with ff creamer...30 calories.

Had a couple of cups of coffee with creamer, and some broth for lunch.
The Nori thread got me going though, and so I ran to Whole Foods and picked up a couple of packs. Not bad for 16 calories! B: coffee w sugar free creamer (120 calories) L: broth (15 calories), Nori chips (32 calories) D: sugar free jello + Reddi Whip (120 calories) Sugar free cough drops throughout the day for a cough that won't go away: about 60 |

So far I'm just having broth today. I bought two shrimp rings that were 1/2 off at the supermarket, so I popped one in the freezer and I have one chilling in the fridge for later. I'm either doing a shrimp cocktail for 90 cals or I will make a stir fry with some veggies I got last night.

still only coffee w/ skim then 1 cup with ff/sf creamer. I think I'm at 35 cals right now. Not hungry. I guess that's a perk of being up all night then sleeping in til 10?

One time I was preparing my coffee at a family event when someone gasped and said, "that's skim milk! Not creamer!" I'm weird! ![]() Alright, so I've had my coffees this morning, then just water until dinner. 2 HB eggs and now I'm getting ready to have some sleepytime hot tea. Calling it a night! 171 cals

I've always used skim milk in my coffee, until I acquired a taste for HWC during Atkins. I simply did not care for the taste of creamer. I still don't like half & half. So these days I do HWC on UDs and CO on DDs.

Grrr...hubby made some spring rolls and I caved and ate one. I think they were only 90-100 cals though. Then I had a few M&Ms...plus 2 bowls of my soup, one with a dollop of sour cream.
I'm not sure where I'm at but felt badly enough to jump on the treadmill and do 2 miles even though I usually only run on UDs. And I'm annoyed with myself for being annoyed with myself because how many times have we all said that JUDDD is forgiving? GET OVER IT SELF!!!!! Ok, working on getting over it. |

Jen, it is ok
We are not, none of us going to be perfect ever. Perfectionism may be what got us into this predicament in the first place, at least imho. It could be the biggest sabatoger of all. Be kind to yourself, love yourself and be patient with yourself |
