UD Tuesday, Plan?
 
B - 2 eggs, mushrooms/tomato with feta and toast 350c
S - protein granola bar 190c
L - salad with chicken, cheese, wholly guac 100c, sour cream, salsa 300c
D - egg casserole
Snack - chocolate PB ice cream! I watched my DD eat it last night, tonight I will enjoy too!

around 1900c total

I'm doing a MD today, so that I can be social and go to a work birthday thing at a steak place where there are next to NO low calorie options (I checked)... :rolleyes:

Anyway, I'm happy with today's plan:

B: 1 lc english muffin - 100
2T lite cream cheese - 60
diet coke, vitamins, water and maybe chocolate rocket (mate chocolate tea)

L: probably a tuna salad salad from Subway? 260 or so

D: coleslaw/chicken/shirataki noodle stir fry
100 cal of yogurt with 20cal of jam and 60 of honey

round about 1061 so far-- can go to 1200 or so if I want to.

D - meatloaf and potatoes

Woke up this morning after a solid dd yesterday with absolutely no appetite :dunno: ended not eating anything until noon and then i had a marie calender parm. Chix potpie :yummy: 940 calories and oh so good!

Supper will be a breakfast burrito, which is about 600 calories. I may grab a candy bar later to bump up my calories :D

Lunch changed: 2 subway club chopped salads (only mustard on them) 180x2=360cal

still on track for 1161 cal for the day

Omg I :heart: Marie Callendars pot pies! I could eat light at brek/lunch and have that for dinner one night! Woot!

B - 2 med eggs scrambled w/ bit of cheese, 2 turk sausage links & hash browns w/ onions, sf mocha capp
L - cheesecake factory skinnylicious burger w/ cheese :o and a green salad w/ vinagrette
D - 1 pc skillet crisp tilapia :heart:, zucchini/crushed tomatoes sauteed in evoo/garlic/basil & 1/3 cup broccoli w/ cheese
S - 1 pc red velvet cake at work put me in a sugar coma! :sick:

I believe I have around 1900 may have went over by a few but had to guesstimate on the cake and hash browns but s/b close.

I was at 1200 when I left work, or a little below. For dinner I made boneless pork chops and scalloped potatoes with onions. Delicious! Now I'm having coconut/pineapple ice cream. :) I will be ending at 1900ish, I think (maybe a little under).

I finished a bit higher, but around 1250, not bad for a md.
