L - cold boiled potatoes (300)
D - cold boiled potaotes (300)
Trying higher calorie DD's based on potaoes just as an experiment.:)
It worked Saturday so will give it another try.

I'm doing pretty well today.
2 cups coffee with hwc 100
2 cups boullion 80
2 cups of lettuce salad 15
1 tblsp of dressing 40
not sure what's for dinner, maybe another salad.:dunno:

So far just a diet peach snapple (10 calories). Probably just a salad later for dinner...or some soup.

Another doggy drama day: Aleeya wouldn't walk on one of her front legs... probably just sprained, since there's no swelling or pain when we palpate... I wrapped it after her walk (which DH woke me up to help with) and gave her some pain meds just in case. All are resting comfortably (but of course, that's what greyhounds do ;) ).

Anyway, no stress eating for me :) DD calm?

B: fruit tea with a touch of black tea in it.
L: butternut squash soup (70 cal) and/or or maybe tomato juice (45 cal per cup)
D: 350g yogurt (200) with double fruit jam (40) and 1T honey (60) and maybe some benefiber (for more filling feeling?)

385 if I go with just the soup, just over 400 if I have juice later too.

I'm SO tired today - couldn't sleep for anything last night - but it's actually an easy day so I can't complain!

B - Rapsberry tea
L - turkey chili & green beans, coke zero.

I think that'll do for the day. Ate WAY too much this weekend.

that's 455c, if I need some protein I will add more to dinner.

I'm at 401 for the day and stopping, if I can. Not sure whether to count the two cookies I ate at 3 am, but if so, I'm at 651.:o:doh:

I ended up just having tuna salad *no wrap for dinner for about 155 and then a bag of 100 cal popcorn so total for the day 400!

I had a few more things, total around 500 (incl a deli pop with lc cheese and salsa, and some lettuce with lite dressing).
Still a good DD.
tomorrow is a md for me :)
