oooh, I really need to find those hotdogs! I think all we have are Kogels at my stores!

I'm hungry today. Blah.

B: just coffee w/ a splash of skim
L: 1 HB egg, 1 mug of 5 cal bouillon
S: (making now) 25 cal hot cocoa
D: most likely 2 HB eggs. Hopefully I'll be done then. Ugh!
256 if I make it.

WOE: moderate carb + JUDDD
Start Date: vlc 1/25/12 at 254 lbs; JUDD 11/26/12 at 202 lb
B: 2 cups coffee with sf creamer (60 calories)
L: pickle (10 calories), sf jello (10 calories)
dinner: broth and probably a sf hot cocoa with some fat-free whip cream, yum (70 calories)

Went out to lunch with the family and was content sipping iced tea while they ate burgers. Never thought it would be that easy! Had to get rid of all my storm related goodies though, too much temptation in the house.

Wow, good job, deedee! I love easy DDs!

Tex, the 5 cal was the bouillon cube. The hot cocoa is just the diet stuff from swiss miss. (25 cals)

So far only coffee with SF vanilla syrup (0) and sipping a cup of broth right now (5). Had lemon water too. Had to go into work for a bit so that helped stall the crazy hungry.
Might end up going out tonight so need to scope out the intended restaurant for options. If we don't go out then I'm gonna try for a liquids only. If not, I'll repeat last DDs baked potato with bone broth, sour cream and cheese. It was right at 350 cals and I was stuffed!
