I *think* from what I can glean that this refers to slicing the potatoes, spreading them out in a casserole dish, putting in chicken broth, and then baking at 400 for 70 minutes. The mention I saw said 2 cups chicken broth but didn't say how many potatoes. I'd love to know as well! |

For me, sliced. You could probably do chunks but I thought I read somewhere slices.

Made these spuds yesterday and they were good, BUT today I fried the left-over potatoes in bacon fat - just the best fried potatoes ever
![]() . They did not stick to the pan and got nice and golden brown! DH and I ate them all - I will be making them a lot ![]() Thanks for all the info! |
