UD Thursday!! how YOU doin'?

So, I've been pretty bad today already. By 9:00 I already had 650 calories!
Breakfast-Mcdonalds southern style chicken biscuit, small coke(drank 2/3)
then coffee with coffee mate creamer(2)
and two raspberry chocolate thingies.
Good thing I waited until right after my blood glucose A1c test to eat this stuff
hey, it may be my last chance to indulge like this if my results come back bad..

Sher, I would have done the same.

B: FF Greek yogurt, banana, coffee
L: Chili w/habanero sauce
D: Chipotle burrito bowl? Just found out everything there except for the flour tortillas are gluten free. Keira's already tired of my cooking!

Sher, I did worse than you. By 9am I have had 3 donuts, well over 900 calories plus my coffee with creamer.

It must be something about today, because I have eaten almost all of my UD calories today. Won't be a very exciting dinner for me tonight. Oh well!

yes people, what is it about today?? the whether is colder here, maybe that is it
Dawn, you have done really good today though. I'm thinking about copying your menus, I'll do your menu from today on my next UD...
BTW, I know you like Banh Mi(sp??)...I saw a recipe on spark people for vietnamese spring rolls, and oh my they look so good! I have had some really great ones before made at a restaurant in Olahoma City. With peanut sauce for dipping, I crave them! and I will try to link it later. they are under 80 calories-I could eat 4 on a DD

How funny! There must be something about today....all the teachers and kids today were absolutely starving by lunch time....it's not very cold here either. Weird!
