I second wanting the recipe!!!

Keirasmom- my mom is GF. Lots of options still for you to enjoy. I keep telling my mom to focus on what she CAN eat! You can still have Wendy's chili!

I had part of a caramel roll. Not very good. And part of a cream filled donut. Bf brought home. About 350 I have to estimate. Gyros for dinner. Approx 800 cal (bringing my own pita). Will know better when we get there.
100 cal per 1oz of gyro meat!! but so worth it!

I'm thinking we might try 5 Guys burgers tonight for the first time... cleaners are coming, and since I'm never sure when (after 5pm), cooking is sort of hard (that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it). I looked them up (the burgers, not my cleaners ) and I can have a cheeseburger and regular fries. Hope it's all everyone says it is!

Needless to say, no chocolate or anything after that

sm totinos veg pizza
atkins turkey frozen dinner
meatloaf, mashed potatos, and beans
was so bad today also had 16oz cherry juice, 2 slices American cheese, and pork rinds.

Tomorrow is DD, planning on having 3 Atkins shakes per Dr Johnson. Should be easier since I know what to expect, I also bought a case of Fruit2o drinks, all set.

Not the best choices today I am afraid but within my calorie limits.

B- smart ones breakfast sandwich and a fiber one bar
L - lean cuisine pasta meal, a few mini chocolates and 4 sugar cookies
D - 2 slices tomato bruschetta and a cup of gelato

1870 calories which is fine but little healthy food, almost no veggies and waaaaay to much processed crap. I wonder what the scale will do tomorrow?

Well said TJ-- "not the best choices but within my calorie limits" where's the "me too" icon?

We didn't go with 5 guys b/c DH said they don't get good reviews-- so we went with Hero Certified Burgers (not sure if that's just a Canadian chain?)

I had a 6oz cheeseburger, on an egg bun, with a side of fried "extreme" beans, onion rings, and poutine (fries with cheese and gravy).
Shared all those with DH.

I came to just above 2200 for the day, including all that.
now I need WATER b/c I'm crazy thirsty!
