Two months on JUDD
 
I could not be more happy this morning!!! Today marks 2 month JUDDniversary for me.

I started on 12/7/12 at 133.4 lb , 22.9% Body Fat and after 2 months I am happy to report my weight at 119.8 lb and 18.8% BF, for a total lost of 13.6 lb and 4.1% BF.

I wish I stuck with JUDD when I first tried it last year but I was dealing with binging issues at the time and the guilt of going over my daily calories was too much. This time around (being my 3rd attempt), I think I finally figured out that my body needs some carbs and going too low on carbs during PMS creates a binging monster. But also eating too many carbs creates the same binging monster. I think having few days of higher carbs (70 gr of gross carbs) with few very low carb days (0-15 gr) keeps my body guessing. At this point all my carbs come from veggies and occasional nuts and yogurt.
I did allowed my self 3 UUAD (eating bunch of fruits and nuts up to 4000 cal!) this past 2 months but was able to get back on track next day. That's a JUDD magic, I guess. Normally PMS binging would last me a week but since I committed to JUDD my 3 cycles have been a breeze. I did go over my calories but I figured my body needs it during ovulation and before TOM.

I think I can stick with JUDD for life. I love the feeling of being in control on DD. I have experienced some great energy on few DD.
There are a couple of things that bother me while being on JUDD: constipation and insomnia. I am working on solving these problems. Maybe once I raise my DD calories those things will improve.

I am almost at goal. Actually I already reached the goal of 120 lb, but decided to go little lower to give myself a little cushion. I guess I am still afraid of PMS binging.
I think very soon I will do 3:4 (3 fixed DD a week) with slightly higher DD calories. I am little scared to jump into 2:5 right away, but eventually that's the goal.

PS Just to let you know I have been back and forth on when to start JUDDD and how I should do it, but you have given me the push I needed to start TODAY!! I have been giving myself excuses to NOT start but if I can have results like yours, I want what you have. Cannot wait to have results like yours!!! Thank you for posting.
