First DD day
 
I don't think I too bad. Total calories for today was 440. I going between 354 which is 20 percent to a high of 620 which is 30 percent. I really don't want to go over 500. I really enjoyed dinner tonight.:lol: If I find I need anymore, I will have a cup of sf jello.

Good job!! Also, hot tea before bed helps sometimes if you are hungry, and maybe a few small bites of something...

I just finished my second DD today and I can vouch it was easier than the first one and I get less hunger as the day progresses.

I believe I have found my groove with coffee with CO for breakfast, lots of water throughout the day and then my one meal for dinner. I follow with a brisk hour walk that burnt off more than my 300 allocated calories. I'm feeling thinner already:)
