JUDDD Definition
Hello, I just noticed this diet on the website and was wondering if anyone could briefly explain what this is. I am currently doing Atkins. I have never heard of this diet. I would greatly appreciate. Do you alternate how many calories everyday? And do you steadily lose? Thank you so much! :heart:

hello blondie! I have been JUDDDIng since 1/11 and have lost roughly 9 pounds. That is after doing ATKINS induction for about a month and losing 10-so I think the weight that I have lost on JUDDD is real weight. I eat 1809 calories on my "up" days and 340 on my " down" days. Google Juddd calculator to see how many calories you can eat. Most pick the "20%' weight loss mode on the calculator. You can eat whatever you want and don't have to count anything except calories. Some still choose to count carbs however. As you lose weight, your calorie numbers change, so do the JUDDD calculator every so often. That's it in a nutshell!

Check out the link above. Many people combine JUDDD and low carb. JUDDD doesn't care what you eat, just how much.

You would eat the amount of carbs that you want, and still, just count calories. Counting calories is all that matters with JUDDD. Yes, Up days and Down days alternate everyo other day.
