UD Monday - plan

Hi gang!

I'm back from my trip, and I *think* I'm finally OVER my various illnesses (for those keeping track: cold #1, mini-cold #2, and last week's special guest star, stomach flu! )

I tried to stick to rotations, and I guess my body was screaming for RESCUE b/c I think I'm flooded with SIRT goodness.
down a bit on the scale, hope it sticks...

B: 3 eggs scrambled, 2 slices whole grain toast, and about 4tsp margarine all through all the above
water
vitamins (b/c I'm sure I'm deficient at this point...)

L: won't have time

D: beef ribs.

S.

Dawn-- read about the GF stupidity at the daycare for your DD to you sweetie, that's unecessary frustration.

is the chili gf? I assume it is, but do they confirm it on the site?

Adi! New avi! OMG you are so svelte! Looking GREAT

Do you make your own goat milk yogurt? I know you do other products...

I'm celiac and Wendy's chili is GF! Dawn, if you need any recipes let me know. My husbands sole mission in life it to make all my favorites in GF options. Could be what you are intersted in, we have a recipe for it!

B - 2 eggs, toast cheese
S - protein granola bar
L - chick pea salad with chicken
D - either meat balls or crock pot lasagna (zucc/spinach as noodles)

Then probably some chocolate!

Thank you. I think I will be happy if I don't lose another ounce.
I sometimes make yogurt but right now I am feeding all of the milk to my pen of bottle baby goats. They have to be gentle to show so I raise my show girls on bottles. They are a hungry bunch. No leftover milk for awhile.

No frowns... but if you could spare a few pictures of baby goats, omg, they must be soooo cute!
I was just thinking about yogurt since you mentioned it in your meal plan...

Soren, do you even have to ask? You know that was the first thing I checked when I decided to try the GF thing.

I may have to take you up on that. I got a few "replacement" products, mostly so Keira won't feel like she's missing anything, but I'll probably try to stick with more whole foods items for me. I would love to know about protein bars though. Do you make yours, or did you buy them? I have some and have to check the package (Quest) but I'm hoping they're GF.

Hello ladies!!! I'm was so not happy when I plugged in what I ate for lunch AFTER I ate it! Reminder to do it BEFORE ALWAYS! Spent the day at dentist and doctor with DH.

B - nothing
L - 5 chicken fingers w/ honey mustard 1090c, side salad w/ ranch 200c, 2+ rolls 300c
D - ham/turkey sandwich 255c, sun chips 140c

Went over UD calories by about 100 so not too bad. I HAD NO IDEA that 5 chicken fingers was 1000 calories! Reality check! Wow! They were so good though but def not worth the calories! I've had ones at CFA that were way less but they are also smaller. UGH!!
