DD Sunday!

Hey Judddbudds!

L - tuna salad & few pecans 210c
D - lc pizza w/ chicken, .5 laughing cow garlic cheese wedge, red fat blue cheese, wing sauce, green onions, mozz 300c
S - sf jello 10c

A tad over 500 but less than I've done in the first 2 weeks on DD!

Stuffing our exotic mushrooms for DH to enjoy during the game AND he's having hot wings...

Start Date: 2/21/12- Low carb (199lbs) 3/28/12 JUDDD (189lbs)
1/4 cup coffee with half T of h&h=10
1 shrimp= 8

Maybe broth later, but probably wait till bedtime snack. Haven't thought about what that will be.

Carb overload yesterday so today is mostly a fast.

L- bulletproof coffee
D- coffee, tea, water

maybe another bulletproof coffee before work.

A bite of turkey breast and 2 bites of cottage cheese and lots of tea till now (5PM). Chicken breasts are in the oven and making a salad soon. Should be <500 cals.

Mug of broth= 7
couple spoonfuls of gluc pudding= 12
