Breakfast-chocolat cake donut and black coffee-250 calories(that was a small donut so I think I'm being generous on the calories)
Lunch--skipping
Snack-tbd
Dinner-grilling out hamburgers, (no cheese, no bun)with all the fixins' and mustard, pickle spear(s), waffle fries w/ketchup.-575 calories

B: Jet Fuel coffee, banana nut bread

That's as far as I've planned, though I know we'll be having leftover rotisserie chicken for dinner.

B: Pork sausage patties, leftover onion potatoes fried up in sausage grease, eggs & cheese, along with coffee & HWC. Estimating ~500 cals (make a big batch to share with the boys)
L: Smokehouse salad at my favorite BBQ restaurant (560 for salad, 140 for roll, diet drink; 700)
D: Probably roasted veggies, as I have about 400 cals leftover. Trying to stay around 1900 today for my new UD target.

B-2 cups of coffee with HWC & splenda - 300
Avocado/strawberry smoothie - 400 (guess)

L- Grilled cheese sandwich, chicken noodle soup -400 (guess)

D- Shrimp and grits :)

s- chocolate chip cookies maybe (I have cookie dough)

UD starting back day for the Superbowl :jumpjoy: My Texans didn't make it :cry: but you still have to have the party right :p So it is pizza and hot wings. I am not going to go crazy though and make myself sick :sick:

1 HB egg + sf creamer in coffee, late lunch out at Bar Louie (turkey BLT without the bacon + fries). Lunch out alone estimated 1400. (again, no nutrition listed on the website but from looking at others' fitbit/etc) Probably done, unless I have a drink or two tonight. :)
