I did it! 100 Pounds Lost!


The first half was Atkins. Then I stalled for a year.
I moved on to HCG and have lost the last half with that.
I maintain between HCG rounds with JUDDD. I'm planning on maintaining for life with JUDDD.

How about some low carb hot wings and sugar free cheesecake on Superbowl Sunday? And maybe some clothes...
