DD Friday Anyone?
 
B - sweet n spicy tea & lots of water
L - tuna salad w/ few grape tomatoes, onions, dill relish on a bed of fresh baby spinch in a lc tortilla 245c
D - blackened tilapia filets homemade mango salsa w/ zucchini/mushroom sautee 250c

I TRIED VERY HARD NOT TO EAT TIL DINNER and w/in the 2 hour window but it didn't happen. By 11am my tummy was growling!

If I can keep today at 500 I'll be doing GREAT!!!

Coffee with 2 T. cream
More fluids--green tea, herbal tea, water with lemon
Maybe some black tea with cream if I really need it later

Knowing that today is Friday and the weekend is coming up is making it easier for me to do a fluids only DD. And I feel surprisingly good at the moment--I hope this keeps up.

This will be my first DD after 8 days, vacation and LOTS of over eating :(

Veg soup 90 cal
Lots of coffee and hot tea.
I have to work tonight so... A salad and lean cuisine I'm thinking.

1/2 cup of coffee with half and half= 20
Working on a mug of broth= 10 if I finish it... I have a tendency not to finish...

B = 1 1/2 cups honey vanilla chai with almond milk 15
L = 100 calorie greek yogurt, diet ice tea and diet coke
D = can of progresso light vegetable soup = 120
tea with almond milk 15
Activia 60 w. Fat Free whipped cream 60
1 Suzy's thin cake with Light Skinny cow cheese = 48
418 so far but I will probably have a caramel rice cake and hot tea too (50 cals)
468 total
Started the ptero yesterday but have not felt any different.

Ugh, DD ruined by a team (15+ people) lunch at Loco's (bar food). Ah well, 2 UDs in a row, DD tomorrow.

ate some french fries and a large salad. skipped the lean cuisine. ate a few bites of my BF's fried chicken.
I'm guessing 600 right now. and allowing myself another 150. will still be 1000 calorie gap from my UD's and the first 2 DD's after vacation are tough for me!! Giving myself some wiggle room helps me out a lot!!
I will re-goal by WED next week and buckle down!
