DW procedure was at the beginning of the month. She has one more follow up in March to make sure the fluid around the mass is also NOT cancerous.

Sorry I didn't get back to anyone yesterday. Oh my did my mouth hurt. Little sore today but not to bad. I go back next week for last tooth to be pulled then all done.

Thank you about picture. I wanted to take a full body pic to compare where I was last year to this year....almost been a year on juddd now I can't believe it......but daughter rolled eyes an refused lol!

I did get a new scale yesterday from aldis. It was a special buy. It's throwing a higher weight on me than the old one. But I love how it has the water, fat and calorie settings on it. I am really high in fat 43 percent....eekkkk. my water in body is 36 percent and it has me at 2230 calories a day to maintain..which I don't lol! I think I want to go by that fat percent more than the weight number. An average woman my age should only be at a high of 30 percent. So I need to lose 13 percent. That there is a lot of inspiration for me I think. I was reading health risks with high body fat and it was eye opening!

My scale measures body fat, but I never use it. I'm too lazy (and cold!) to get my feet wet, and they need to be damp for mine to read BF%.

My scales measure BF & water %. There are 2 metal strips on each side & as long as your feet are on those strips it will measure both. My BF has been measuring 36-37. I don't know what it should be. But, my water is always high......45-46+.

Katie, I hope your mouth continues to heal & feel better! I had a lot of dental work done last year, including 3 extractions! Don't drink thru a straw! Dry sockets are NO fun at ALL!!!
