Febuary daily weigh in!
 
Kicking it off (again) for another month!

I had a very, very slow month. Doing fast 5 for awhile and might throw in some juddd rotations to mix it up a little more. My body seems to be smarter than I thought. Game on.

Weight loss to date - 8.3 pound
September - 1 pound
October - 2.5 pound
November - 0.8 pound
December - 3 pound
January - 1 pound
Current weight - 64kg - 141 pound

Well today hit a new low... or at least one i have NOT seen for a very very long time..... Started January at 179... and today 168.5.. wooo hoooo havent seen losses like that for months... Had a GREAT DD yesterday.. hope to have an even UP today...

Started at 146.5. -3.5lbs in Dec, -6lbs in Jan. Started 5:2 experiment 1/28 @ 137.0. Goal: maintain or loose a few more.

Last two January weights were 188.6 after UD and 187.6 after DD.

So frustrated with the scale :annoyed:. Why am I starving myself into misery EOD.

I try not to set goals for how much I want to lose because I get really disappointed when I can't meet it. So my goal for February is to avoid all the half-off Valentines Day chocolate when it rolls around.

Back on the wagon as of yesterday! This rhinovirus doesn't own me, but survival on juice, tea, honey, and toast did a number on my insulin system. Up almost 10 pounds in just a few weeks of the plague with no IF, no activity. Been back at my yoga for almost a week now every day. Excellent down day yesterday. Goal one: get back in the 160s.

I reached my January goal a few days early and stopped JUDDDing to see if I could eat sensibly and normally and maintain my weight....I hadn't weighed myself for days when I got on the scales this morning and I haven't gained a thing!!! Thank God :laugh:

February Goal weight: 157.9 lbs ( - 7lbs)

December Weight Lost: 3.4 pounds (123.2 to 119.8)
January Weight Lost: 7.6 pounds (119.8 to 112.2)

January End: 112.2
February Goal: 108.0, then work on maintaining between 105.0-110.0

I'll try to keep track too! I'm not sure I'll be able to keep JUDDDing too much longer. The scale keeps going up despite sticking to my #'s. Sigh. :cry:
Started January at 156lbs.

Started JUDDD Jan 21. : 157
Jan 31: 158.2 after a DD
Feb 1: 159.2 :annoyed: after an UD

July gain: 1 pound

Sept loss: 10 pounds
Oct loss: nada
Nov loss: nope
Dec loss: 4 pounds

Total loss to date: 37 pounds

Feb goal: 2 goals actually - hit 174 (no longer obese!) and then the 160's!!!

Losses have slowed to a painful rate for me. I need to have a good month in February to keep my diet mojo in place. The effort to results ratio is KILLING me! And it's making me doubt whether this plan is what I need. I love the theory but I need the results.

Well, I happened to see how Dawn does things at the end of last month's thread, so I guess I can say I lost 2 lbs. instead of that friggin' 1 lb. :laugh: Whoopee doo. :annoyed:

Okay .. I had considered trying WW again. So much so that I did nothing but read WW blogs yesterday. But, I came to the conclusion that I would rather get more diligent about counting blasted calories every other day than every day. I've got a pretty standard DD menu and even at that trying to get down to liquids only.

February Goal - dismiss 5 lbs.

February Goal: Anywhere in the 180's. This month is my 1yr Anniversary of LC eating, and next month is my JUDDD anniversary :)
