You probably would not like the potato hack, then. It's all potatoes, with no added fat or protein. There are a lot of theories as to why it works, and it doesn't work for some people. But I'm trying it as I do like potatoes, and my one potato down day was easy and I felt good. It's not JUDDD though. It's meant to be a temporary thing and I will always come back to JUDDD, it's done so well for my body and my mind!

I tried the PD hack and it didn't work for me. Twice. I tried it twice!
I felt hungrier than ever, so I guess I'm one it doesn't work on. |

Yay, Cindy.. 3 lbs in 7 days...woo hoo...I've never figured out , but I seem to get a loss, when I get one, after an UD...haven't been getting much loss lately, and that's ok..I lost fast at first and I guess my body is in an adjustment period..maybe your body has been adjusting and it's going to start dropping some serious pounds..but you're doing great..so happy for you.![]() look...Elvis is happy for you too ! ![]() |

Congratulations, everyone...you're having great success...it's very encouraging too...I've lost 21 lbs since the end of Nov..and am thankful.the last couple of weeks I have bounced up and down..I wish I could stand to weigh daily like you all do, but for now it's best for me that I don't..I know this woe is working and I'm going to stay with it..
