Edit: Seriously I was almost to the point of trying another WOE because I was sticking to my rotations with no changes except the number was going UP if it changed. Talk about frustrating! But in my frustrations, I had a day of not counting ANY of my calories on my UD whatsoever, and I know I went way beyond 1500. We had chinese buffet takeaway (where you fill up the box and they weigh it, instead of staying there and getting plate after plate of food) and I ate an entire styrofoam box of food PLUS 4 sweet buns. I can't even tell you the cals in that... 3k? Geesh. But we spent a few hours reworking my husbands office, so we moved a lot of furniture and cleaned out the closet and pretty much revamped the whole space. So maybe I need to eat more on my up days and get my butt in gear and start moving more!
Yes this is just my 2nd DD but I was up a bit after my 1st DD and then down this morning after my 1st UD yesterday. So again today is a DD. I am going to give it a try as I really like being able to eat anything I choose. I just know one of these days I will have to make better choices to be healthy!
They (whoever THEY are?) say it takes 60 days to form a habit so hang in there!!!

You probably would not like the potato hack, then. It's all potatoes, with no added fat or protein. There are a lot of theories as to why it works, and it doesn't work for some people. But I'm trying it as I do like potatoes, and my one potato down day was easy and I felt good. It's not JUDDD though. It's meant to be a temporary thing and I will always come back to JUDDD, it's done so well for my body and my mind!

I tried the PD hack and it didn't work for me. Twice. I tried it twice! I felt hungrier than ever, so I guess I'm one it doesn't work on.

I'm wondering at what % is it best to start the JUDDD plan on.Will a person loose wt on 30% WLM? I have been doing 20% but am thinking I will have to go lower as I lose weight?

2/4 - 162.4 UD 1435 cal (New Low - a rest day, my legs were sore)
2/5 - 163.6 DD 515 (-950 cal from exercise Don't like this big rebound)
2/6 - 162.0 UP 2338 (-207 cal from exercise, New low! Expecting a big
bounce tomorrow as I ate way too much of the wrong
food today )

Started at 146.5. -3.5lbs in Dec, -6lbs in Jan. Started 5:2 experiment 1/28 @ 137.0. Goal: maintain or loose a few more.

2/3----UD---137.0
2/4----DD---138.5 I don't like that big of a bounce.
2/5----UD---137.0 maintaining perfectly

Yay, Cindy.. 3 lbs in 7 days...woo hoo...I've never figured out , but I seem to get a loss, when I get one, after an UD...haven't been getting much loss lately, and that's ok..I lost fast at first and I guess my body is in an adjustment period..maybe your body has been adjusting and it's going to start dropping some serious pounds..but you're doing great..so happy for you.

I have a Polar FT4 and I've had no problems with it. It's fairly easy to use. I recommend one with a chest strap, just because I think they're more accurate than the kind that are just a watch.

Congratulations, everyone...you're having great success...it's very encouraging too...I've lost 21 lbs since the end of Nov..and am thankful.the last couple of weeks I have bounced up and down..I wish I could stand to weigh daily like you all do, but for now it's best for me that I don't..I know this woe is working and I'm going to stay with it..

Thank you, dear friend.I have to wonder if it was the 5 UDs. Pleased as punch this morning, I'll tell you that! 11 weeks, 12 lbs. Not terribly shabby.
