Thanks BUDDDs! You're the best! Any loss is good and significant, but I remember thinking at the beginning of my JUDDD journey how much I admired all the people who had been losing and sticking with it, but was particularly wowed by the 50+ pound losses, so it feels good to hit that mark. A day at a time with JUDDD!

2/1 - 164.8 DD day 591 cal (-996 cal from exercise)
2/2 - 163.0 UD day 1644 cal (- 818 cal from exercise, new low)
2/3 - 163.0 DD day (was surprised this held!)

Last two January weights were 188.6 after UD and 187.6 after DD.

2/1 ~ 189.4 ~ MD ~ ??? ~ Net ???? ~ Bit of a bounce from yesterday's weight...
2/2 ~ 190.0 ~ UD ~ 2000'ish? ~ Net ??? ~ Yesterday turned into a mid day when I had some chicken and rice at dinner when I was already done for the day, today is a new day!
2/3 ~ 189.8 ~ DD ~ ??? ~ Net ???? ~ I'd saved about 1000 calories yesterday for going out to eat, ended up being chinese, ate alot, so who knows what my numbers were.. Today is a Coffee w/ HWC DD!

February Goal is 183.

WTG Calichris! Your progress has been amazing 50 lbs is a huge accomplishment.

Ended January 155.2. Goal for February is to at least see 149. I'm no longer overweight at 140 so that's my direction for the next couple months.

2.3: DD 157.2 hoping for 153 tomorrow but the big "O" may get in my way

Girl, you had 3 UDs and only a 1# bounce??? What's not to like! That's amazing! I'm getting ready to post my daily weights...wait til you see my ONE UD bounce! (and it wasn't an UUAD, either!)

Good for you!!! I'm glad someone can do it! I don't think 5:2 would work for me. I "gained" 3# from yesterday's UD...can you imagine me on 4?

February is off to a "bad" start with a long weekend away with UDs, followed by a couple of weeks when rotation is going to be difficult.

However, my stats showed me very clearly last month, that when I did strict UD/DD rotations within my calorie allowances, I lost steadily and easily. Otherwise, I maintained.

So, I think my Feb goal is ambitious but I'll do what I can, when I can and at least with JUDDD there shouldn't be a steady gain!!

Well, it was 1 1/2 lb bounce. I know I shouldn't complain but it is a bigger bounce than normal for me. 5:2 has made me anxious. I just need to get used to it.

Decided to start tracking my food again. I think I've been eating more on DD's than I should be. It's so easy to sneak in a hundred calories without thinking about it. So today going to stick to 350 or under and track everything I eat or drink.

Awww, I wasn't trying to be sarcastic, just tease you a bit and tell you I thought your WI was GREAT! Esp being on 5:2. I understand bounces aren't fun, though.
