2/20 DD - 245.2 or something... another high carb UD. That will be the last one (mostly b/c I ate everything)
2/21 UD - 242.2 so, that's 3lbs of water in 1 day? flooosh!
2/22 DD - 241.8
2/23 UD - 241.6
2/24 DD - did not weigh. Went for dinner yesterday, carbs at lunch and all over the place. Doing lemon water this week, this is Day 1
2/25 UD - 241.2 go figure
2/26 DD - did not weigh.
2/27 UD - 240.2
2/28 DD - 240.2 I can't believe that number stuck, even after an UD where I had a couple hundred more calories than I planned! fingers crossed for tomorrow!!!!

I would like to point out that as Carly said, "the daily bounce doesn't rock my world"... I didn't think I could handle daily weighing, since I usually just weigh after a DD, but hey, it's not that bad, and I think it gives me greater motivation on *both* UDs and DDs to stay the course.

February goal - 218.5, which will be 100 pounds lost. I think it's realistic, as I'll be doing Fast 5-8 for a week and may not lose during that time.

Just want to let everyone know this is my last day on JUDDD.The losses are driving me crazy. I just can not seem to do this plan and keep within the calorie range.I am going to go to the plan that I keep track of my calories on. I eat between 1200-1500 every day and loose 2lbs a week. I may even go back to RXHCG.At least with it I have no hunger.And the losses are .5-1lb every day. Berta, it sounds like you know what works for you, and I wish you all the best! Come by and say hi now and again.
I did notice that if you go from after down day weights, the difference between your first after-down-day weight to your most recent is 4 pounds ... and it hasn't even been a whole month. However, I know that is not like 2 pounds a week, so I understand! I find JUDDD easier to stick to than other plans, but I think we each need to find what works for us. All the best to you!

Nilla-- you've lost 2.5lbs net this month. I think that's good! Don't beat yourself up... I think there are sometimes when there's a whoosh and other times it's little stutter steps... as long as you have net loss, and other signs (clothes fitting different, feeling healthier), then you just need to remember it's not a race! Losing slow and permanently is better than fast and regaining, no?

I am sad that you feel this way, but I understand the feeling. I have had it way too many times before. Before I found JUDDD, I had accepted the fact that there was no diet for me. One thing I noticed has helped me is on a dd I only eat dinner and drink water. Having such a huge window of no calories seems to have done something in my body. I hope you continue to see the scale move down and lots of big whooshes in your future.

Nilla-- another thought-- I'm usually a really slow loser, and while I'm not exactly burning up the track this week, I am wondering if my losses can be at all attributed to lemon water? Lemon water, JUDD, and Weight Loss!

Maybe it's forcing me to drink more fluid, maybe it's the diuretic effect of getting rid of more fluid... I really don't know. But I'm going through 2 lemons and about 2-3L of lemon water per day this week, and I'm seeing more consistency in my numbers on the scale than I have previously. Enough to make me want to keep it up for a 2nd week at least. Just a thought as something you can try?

Sheesh, you girls are the best.

It is true I've lost a little. But my loss since Jan. 2 has only been 5 lbs. and that was at my lowest weigh-in. As of today, it's realy only a 4.5 lb. loss. Yep, it's true not regaining is good and my bounces are getting smaller. I'm not giving up, just very frustrated that JUDDD was working so well for me a few years ago, then last year it began kicking in (pre-surgery) and this time, barely anything.

I'd already been drinking lemon water well before that thread came out and although I do need to up my water drinking again, it never helped with losing. I even tried that apple cider vinegar/lemon mix and nada. I have noticed the teas I've been trying to like have made my potty visits more frequent!!

I may try 5:2. Yes, I am very frustrated and sometimes think I should just give up eating and then my body would be forced to eat itself. But, I've only just this week made sure I'm eating enough so maybe it just hasn't kicked in yet.

I track pretty much everything I eat. I put it in my app on my phone and it will show a chart that is green and if I go over, it is red. I don't like seeing red lol. I stay under 500 on down days. At least once a week I go over up day. I rarely go over on a dd, but if I do it is in the 600 calorie range. I think the key for me is to only eat dinner on dd's. Yesterday I only had 190 calories. I do need to add more water!

Vanilla - could be the MDs you had. I had 1 this month and it ended up shooting me up 3 pounds until today back down to where I was a week ago. I think the 5:2 is so much more doable if you have the regular life interruptions where you need MDs a few times or more a month. 5:2 seems awesome with only 2 DD but loss is slower. Keep on truckin!! We can do this!

2/13 - 231.0 - PD - so far I'm impressed by the potato hack! Hope it keeps up!
2/14 - 230.0 - PD - 4 pounds in 2 days, not bad.
2/15 - 228.5 - UD (2092) - potato hack over due to tummy issues, but 5.5 pounds in 3 days is good enough for me!

2/19 UD- 244.4 after some substantial UDs this weekend... good on plan DDs too, but a lot of carbs on the UDs.
2/20 DD - 245.2 or something... another high carb UD. That will be the last one (mostly b/c I ate everything)
2/21 UD - 242.2 so, that's 3lbs of water in 1 day? flooosh!
2/22 DD - 241.8
2/23 UD - 241.6
2/24 DD - did not weigh. Went for dinner yesterday, carbs at lunch and all over the place. Doing lemon water this week, this is Day 1
2/25 UD - 241.2 go figure
2/26 DD - did not weigh.
2/27 UD - 240.2
2/28 DD - 240.2
3/1 UD - 239.2 LOWEST NUMBER yet this year!

2/26- 159.8 MUD 1067 (-1050, New low! I'll take it especially after a week of UDs )
2/27- 158.6 UD 1757 (-959, Went a little over board!)
2/28- 159.6 DD 500 planned (weighed at doctor's office weighed 158.8 with clothes! Came home and weighed at home 161 lbs )
3/1- 158.4 (after a DD not really counting this one!)

Quite satisfied with overall Feb loss, Let's hope I can do same or better in March!
