Yay LCG! Very exciting seeing the numbers go down!!! I'm down to 155.8 And started JUDDD at 159.9. I think I started on the 15th or 17th. Absolutely thrilled with this program! I love seeing everyones results. It makes me want to charge ahead and keep going.

2/1 ~ 189.4 ~ MD ~ Bit of a bounce from yesterday's weight...
2/2 ~ 190.0 ~ UD ~ Yesterday turned into a mid day when I had some chicken and rice at dinner when I was already done for the day, today is a new day!
2/3 ~ 189.8 ~ DD ~ I'd saved about 1000 calories yesterday for going out to eat, ended up being chinese, ate alot, so who knows what my numbers were.. Today is a Coffee w/ HWC DD!
2/4 ~ 188.0 ~ UD ~ Total Body Workout
2/5 ~ 190.0 ~ DD ~ Hoping I wouldn't bounce that high...
2/6 ~ 189.8 ~ UD ~ just have to remember it's my cycle and I never can seem to lose during this period before tom.... Total Body Workout

Did not meet my goal. I was almost there for 1 day. Too many UUAD days, plus I have been exercising.

January was a slow month...looking forward to a fabulous February! Goal: 218, exercise 5 days a week and reduce carbs.

2/1 - 227 - MD (Don't like to use an MD, but Superbowl just can't be a DD) - hip hop aerobics
2/2 - 224.9 - DD - 1 hour walk (with short stops to take photos and take in the views!)
2/3 - 223.4 - UD - That makes 50 pounds evicted!
2/4 - 225.1 - DD
2/5 - 223.3 - UD - glow aerobics
2/6 - 225.0 - DD - cardio kickboxing
2/7 - 223.5 - UD
2/8 - 225.5 - DD - hip hop aerobics
2/9 - 223.6 - UD - slightly disappointed the scale isn't moving, but I know it's the increased exercise, so ... keep calm and carry on!
2/10 - 223.7 - DD - 20 minute walk
2/11 - 223.0 - UD - poorly planned, probably UUAD with I-don't-know-how-many-calories
2/12 - 226.6 - DD - and the resulting bounce. Glow Aerobics.
2/13 - 222-224?? - UD - Sometimes I can't get a consistent scale reading!
2/14 - 224.4 - UD - 2 UDs in a row so today and Sat. can be UDs.

2/16 - 222.6 - UD - exercise was lots of walking in the hills of San Francisco
2/17 - 225.1 - DD - starting very controlled carb experiment today (for blood sugar)
2/18 - 224.0 - UD - unexpectedly high, which is usually water retention ... not worried.

Just want to let everyone know this is my last day on JUDDD.The losses are driving me crazy. I just can not seem to do this plan and keep within the calorie range.I am going to go to the plan that I keep track of my calories on. I eat between 1200-1500 every day and loose 2lbs a week. I may even go back to RXHCG.At least with it I have no hunger.And the losses are .5-1lb every day. Any way just wanted to say bye for now and thank you to each of you for all the support you have given me and for being patient with me and all my questions
