LOL Kissa - It was very fun while it was going on but once I got home I was done. No sickness/vomiting, just the dreaded feeling! I go out every other Friday night to the same place, same drinks. But this time more people were there, ordering more pitchers of margaritas and I ordered a much lighter dish - grilled chicken/veggies (than my usual cheesey nachos w/ beef), so nothing to soak up the liquor! I guess I took it too far. It was horrible!

January was a slow month...looking forward to a fabulous February! Goal: 218, exercise 5 days a week and reduce carbs.

2/1 - 227 - MD (Don't like to use an MD, but Superbowl just can't be a DD) - hip hop aerobics
2/2 - 224.9 - DD - 1 hour walk (with short stops to take photos and take in the views!)
2/3 - 223.4 - UD - That makes 50 pounds evicted!
2/4 - 225.1 - DD
2/5 - 223.3 - UD - glow aerobics
2/6 - 225.0 - DD - cardio kickboxing
2/7 - 223.5 - UD
2/8 - 225.5 - DD - hip hop aerobics
2/9 - 223.6 - UD - slightly disappointed the scale isn't moving, but I know it's the increased exercise, so ... keep calm and carry on!

2/2 ~ 190.0 ~ UD ~ Yesterday turned into a mid day when I had some chicken and rice at dinner when I was already done for the day, today is a new day!
2/3 ~ 189.8 ~ DD ~ I'd saved about 1000 calories yesterday for going out to eat, ended up being chinese, ate alot, so who knows what my numbers were.. Today is a Coffee w/ HWC DD!
2/4 ~ 188.0 ~ UD ~ Total Body Workout
2/5 ~ 190.0 ~ DD ~ Hoping I wouldn't bounce that high...
2/6 ~ 189.8 ~ UD ~ just have to remember it's my cycle and I never can seem to lose during this period before tom.... Total Body Workout
2/7 ~ 191.0 ~ DD ~ Cardio Boot Camp
2/8 ~ 188.6 ~ UUAD ~ that's a bit better...
2/9 ~ 189.4 ~ UD ~ happy to get that weight after yesterday, may try to do a super almost no cal DD today. Zumba

It was going to be a 400 dd until I sat down to watch biggest loser show with the box of raisins and pecans.
That said, my green jeans a very snug ths am. If I'd put them on before I weighted this morn, I wouldn't of weighted. No way, honest.

January was a slow month...looking forward to a fabulous February! Goal: 218, exercise 5 days a week and reduce carbs.

2/1 - 227 - MD (Don't like to use an MD, but Superbowl just can't be a DD) - hip hop aerobics
2/2 - 224.9 - DD - 1 hour walk (with short stops to take photos and take in the views!)
2/3 - 223.4 - UD - That makes 50 pounds evicted!
2/4 - 225.1 - DD
2/5 - 223.3 - UD - glow aerobics
2/6 - 225.0 - DD - cardio kickboxing
2/7 - 223.5 - UD
2/8 - 225.5 - DD - hip hop aerobics
2/9 - 223.6 - UD - slightly disappointed the scale isn't moving, but I know it's the increased exercise, so ... keep calm and carry on!
2/10 - 223.7 - DD - 20 minute walk
2/11 - 223.0 - UD - poorly planned, probably UUAD with I-don't-know-how-many-calories
2/12 - 226.6 - DD - and the resulting bounce. Glow Aerobics.
2/13 - 222-224?? - UD - Sometimes I can't get a consistent scale reading!
2/14 - 224.4 - UD - 2 UDs in a row so today and Sat. can be UDs.

Roberta-- slow and steady wins the race, and this isn't even a race I think once SIRT kicks in for you, and you learn what works best for you in terms of food and patterns and stuff.
Patience, and enjoy the rotations. Oh, and don't expect a loss after an UD... it happens sometimes, but I prefer not to expect it, so if it happens, it's a happy instance.

Soren took the words from my mouth. And remember that you are only dieting half the time...a little less in your case as you do a MD every week.

Thanks girls, I will quitting isn't an option really!
Just hate such slow losses. Also it hasn't been a month since I started until March 4th.
