Ok, girls I am a newbie here. Hopefully this'll keep me on track!

Started with Atkins at 221 in March'12

Started JUDDDing in June'12, weight 192.5 (new scale in August told me it was really 196.5) Couple of vacations with no holds bar!

Ended Jan at 163.4 after a DD day

2/1 - 164.8 DD day 591 cal (-996 cal from exercise)
2/2 - 163.0 UD day (new low, tomorrow will be a different story!)



P.S.My goal for Feb is to be below 160!

January was a slow month...looking forward to a fabulous February! Goal: 218, exercise 5 days a week and reduce carbs.

2/1 - 227 - MD (Don't like to use an MD, but Superbowl just can't be a DD) - hip hop aerobics
2/2 - 224.9 - DD - 1 hour walk (with short stops to take photos and take in the views!)
2/3 - 223.4 - UD - That makes 50 pounds evicted!

December Weight Lost: 3.4 pounds (123.2 to 119.8)
January Weight Lost: 7.6 pounds (119.8 to 112.2)

January End: 112.2
February Goal: 108.0, then work on maintaining between 105.0-110.0

I only weigh after DDs.

2/1 - UUAD - ... (approx 5,000 calories.. I have binging issues)
2/2 - DD - ... (0 calories)
2/3 - UD - 115.6 (omg! Should an UUAD really do that much damage? )

May loss: 4 pounds
June loss: 5 pounds
July gain: 1 pound
August loss: 4 pounds
Sept loss: 10 pounds
Oct loss: nada
Nov loss: nope
Dec loss: 4 pounds
Jan loss: 3 pounds

Total loss to date: 37 pounds

Feb goal: 2 goals actually - hit 174 (no longer obese!) and then the 160's!!!
Ended Jan at 178.

2.1 DD 177.6, 450 cals
2.2 UD 175.6, 2200 cals ??
2.3 DD 177.2, 400 cals planned

Expected that bounce given the late chinese food takeout for dinner last night. Hard to estimate calories but it was not a low UD for sure. Drinking a lot of tea today and going to save my DD cals for a fast five kind of dinner to help shed some of the water/bloat.
