February goal - 218.5, which will be 100 pounds lost. I think it's realistic, as I'll be doing Fast 5-8 for a week and may not lose during that time. 2/1 - 225.0 - UD (2204) 2/2 - 227.0 - DD (TBD) TOM, I can hear you coming. 2/3 through 2/11 - DNW and off JUDDD w/out of town company 2/12 - 234.0 - PD - this will be my first real potato hack. 2/13 - 231.0 - PD - so far I'm impressed by the potato hack! Hope it keeps up! 2/14 - 230.0 - PD - 4 pounds in 2 days, not bad. 2/15 - 228.5 - UD (2092) - potato hack over due to tummy issues, but 5.5 pounds in 3 days is good enough for me! 2/16 - 228.0 - DD (407) 2/17 - 227.0 - UD (2013) 2/18 - 226.5 - DD (418) 2/19 - 224.5 - UD (2071) 2/20 - 225.5 - DD (413) 2/21 - 223.0 - UD (2925) Woops! Last two January weights were 188.6 after UD and 187.6 after DD.
2/1 ~ 189.4 ~ MD ~ Bit of a bounce from yesterday's weight... 2/2 ~ 190.0 ~ UD ~ Yesterday turned into a mid day when I had some chicken and rice at dinner when I was already done for the day, today is a new day! 2/3 ~ 189.8 ~ DD ~ I'd saved about 1000 calories yesterday for going out to eat, ended up being chinese, ate alot, so who knows what my numbers were.. Today is a Coffee w/ HWC DD! 2/4 ~ 188.0 ~ UD ~ Total Body Workout 2/5 ~ 190.0 ~ DD ~ Hoping I wouldn't bounce that high... 2/6 ~ 189.8 ~ UD ~ just have to remember it's my cycle and I never can seem to lose during this period before tom.... Total Body Workout 2/7 ~ 191.0 ~ DD ~ Cardio Boot Camp 2/8 ~ 188.6 ~ UUAD ~ that's a bit better... 2/9 ~ 189.4 ~ UD ~ happy to get that weight after yesterday, may try to do a super almost no cal DD today. Zumba 2/10 ~ 191.0 ~ DD ~ This is why I can't have any carbs, because I always go overboard!!! 2/11 ~ 189.0 ~ UD ~ trying to inch my way back down! Yes, I kinda fell of the grid there for a bit... 2/17 ~ 192.8 ~ UD ~ Yesterday I completed a successfull peanut butter DD of 440 calories. Now I feel like I can get these carbs out of my system and stick to rotations. 2/18 ~ 194.2 ~ DD ~ Ouch, that's painful to see, but I did it to myself and it's gonna take time to get back to where I was. January was a slow month...looking forward to a fabulous February! Goal: 218, exercise 5 days a week and reduce carbs.
2/1 - 227 - MD (Don't like to use an MD, but Superbowl just can't be a DD) - hip hop aerobics 2/2 - 224.9 - DD - 1 hour walk (with short stops to take photos and take in the views!) 2/3 - 223.4 - UD - That makes 50 pounds evicted! 2/4 - 225.1 - DD 2/5 - 223.3 - UD - glow aerobics 2/6 - 225.0 - DD - cardio kickboxing 2/7 - 223.5 - UD 2/8 - 225.5 - DD - hip hop aerobics 2/9 - 223.6 - UD - slightly disappointed the scale isn't moving, but I know it's the increased exercise, so ... keep calm and carry on! 2/10 - 223.7 - DD - 20 minute walk 2/11 - 223.0 - UD - poorly planned, probably UUAD with I-don't-know-how-many-calories 2/12 - 226.6 - DD - and the resulting bounce. 6/2... 223....had been stuck at 224 for ages!! 7/2... 223....not bad after a UD!! 8/2...after dd..223...well a smidgen under really so quite happy!! 9/2...after ud..224...hoping for a whoosh tomoz!! 10/2..after DD...222...thats better!! 14/2...after 2 uud's and 2 dd's 222...quite happy with that!! 17/02...222..after ud, dd and ud 18/02...221..after dd...A NEW LOW!!! 20/02...224...have not been bad, dont know why this has happened!! 22/02..224...again no reason!! On new meds but surely they couldnt make me put on 3lbs virtually overnight!!! 24/02...222...that better!! after ud and dd.. |

I have not logged my weights for awhile here but I keep them on my calendar. I am struggling because I have quit Diet Coke and that was my crutch. BUT I think that is getting under control so I will start being accountable again. Plus I am really in maintenance and experimenting to see how high I can go on DD's and still maintain. I have stabilized at or around 142 which is fine but I would prefer a tad lower. We shall see.

Last two January weights were 188.6 after UD and 187.6 after DD.
2/1 ~ 189.4 ~ MD ~ Bit of a bounce from yesterday's weight... 2/2 ~ 190.0 ~ UD ~ Yesterday turned into a mid day when I had some chicken and rice at dinner when I was already done for the day, today is a new day! 2/3 ~ 189.8 ~ DD ~ I'd saved about 1000 calories yesterday for going out to eat, ended up being chinese, ate alot, so who knows what my numbers were.. Today is a Coffee w/ HWC DD! 2/4 ~ 188.0 ~ UD ~ Total Body Workout 2/5 ~ 190.0 ~ DD ~ Hoping I wouldn't bounce that high... 2/6 ~ 189.8 ~ UD ~ just have to remember it's my cycle and I never can seem to lose during this period before tom.... Total Body Workout 2/7 ~ 191.0 ~ DD ~ Cardio Boot Camp 2/8 ~ 188.6 ~ UUAD ~ that's a bit better... 2/9 ~ 189.4 ~ UD ~ happy to get that weight after yesterday, may try to do a super almost no cal DD today. Zumba 2/10 ~ 191.0 ~ DD ~ This is why I can't have any carbs, because I always go overboard!!! 2/11 ~ 189.0 ~ UD ~ trying to inch my way back down! Yes, I kinda fell of the grid there for a bit... 2/17 ~ 192.8 ~ UD ~ Yesterday I completed a successfull peanut butter DD of 440 calories. Now I feel like I can get these carbs out of my system and stick to rotations. 2/18 ~ 194.2 ~ DD ~ Ouch, that's painful to see, but I did it to myself and it's gonna take time to get back to where I was.
