January was a slow month...looking forward to a fabulous February! Goal: 218, exercise 5 days a week and reduce carbs.

2/1 - 227 - MD (Don't like to use an MD, but Superbowl just can't be a DD) - hip hop aerobics
2/2 - 224.9 - DD - 1 hour walk (with short stops to take photos and take in the views!)
2/3 - 223.4 - UD - That makes 50 pounds evicted!
2/4 - 225.1 - DD
2/5 - 223.3 - UD - glow aerobics
2/6 - 225.0 - DD - cardio kickboxing
2/7 - 223.5 - UD
2/8 - 225.5 - DD - hip hop aerobics
2/9 - 223.6 - UD - slightly disappointed the scale isn't moving, but I know it's the increased exercise, so ... keep calm and carry on!
2/10 - 223.7 - DD - 20 minute walk
2/11 - 223.0 - UD - poorly planned, probably UUAD with I-don't-know-how-many-calories
2/12 - 226.6 - DD - and the resulting bounce. Glow Aerobics.

February goal - 218.5, which will be 100 pounds lost. I think it's realistic, as I'll be doing Fast 5-8 for a week and may not lose during that time.

I'm wrapping up my first week of maintenance and after an early 2lb woosh I'm holding steady at 139.5lbs I've been trying an 8 hr window plan and eating healthier, but I'm also still doing one 500c dd a week, as a 'safety' That's today (and i'm still doing the 8 hour window with it), and i'm really curious what tomorrow's weigh in will be!

Yay Berta ! Looks like you are well on your way...isn't it great?...I believe it works. I thought my scale was broken for the first two weeks, and I really don't know if it was...but soon after the two weeks I dropped several pounds. I was so happy..as I went a long tho, I made mistakes...one was not staying low enough on the dd's and then sometimes, I wouldn't eat enough on the ud's...I found out that the basics of juddd does matter for me, anyway..I tried the pterostilbene, and got headaches...so I stopped and started resveratrol...seems like I had to keep going back and doing what I was supposed to be doing in the first place..but..that was my own fault...and by coming here and reading I was able to see what I was doing wrong..I don't want to stop this woe because it is the only thing I have ever done that feels natural and like I can stay with it..I hope your ud is a good one...I'm having an ud also...

When I first started I couldn't only eat dinner on a dd. I did stuff like cabbage and chicken broth throughout the day. I have been doing 500 or less calorie dinners for about 3 weeks now and I am surprised how easy it has been. Yeah, it is just easier when the calories are already calculated for me. Yesterday was my up day and for dinner I had 3 fresco chicken soft tacos with sour cream from Taco Bell. They are only 180 calories each and are good for a down day dinner too. They are only 150 calories without the sour cream!

It sounds as if you have a plan going for yourself and that is what we have to do, find what works for us!!! I eat SF jello and FF chicken & Beef Broth on my DD then sometimes Progresso or Campbells Light soups for supper. A ton of teas and water

I hope you have a great UD too.My plan is bacon and eggs for breakfast and oven fried chicken(I skin it and roll it in egg and panko bread crumbs with a bit of flour and bake it) and baked potatow/sour cream and green beans or broccoli with cheese for supper,with a piece of berry pie for desert.Then the remaining calories will be popcorn tonight while watching movies with my sweetheartDH!
I too have learned that we have to eat all our UD calories. It's truly amazing isn't it?This is my WOE for life too

CONGRATULATIONS I have had a loss after an UD before too, so it is just all in how are bodies work I guess

WOW that is a low DD. I have only went as low as about 444.But am working towards eating nothing at all only fluids.Don't know if I will ever make it but I am working towards it

I have been doing 500 or less calorie dinners for about 3 weeks now and I am surprised how easy it has been. Yeah, it is just easier when the calories are already calculated for me. Yesterday was my up day and for dinner I had 3 fresco chicken soft tacos with sour cream from Taco Bell. They are only 180 calories each and are good for a down day dinner too. They are only 150 calories without the sour cream!
I love the online calulators it truly helps me to stay within range. I always put down what I eat before eating it.Then if it goes over I adjust to something different If itwasn't for that I probably wouldn't write it all down.I hate having to do that

I always plug my calorie numbers into my app on my phone so I always know early in the day what my plan is. I tend to under estimate the amount of food I eat when I cook, so it is easier for me to go with something already prepared that I can be more accurate with my calories.

When you order something Fresco at Taco Bell it is made with lettuce and pico de gallo(no cheese or anything like that to add calories). I add the sour cream to it on an ud because I can afford the extra calories.

I am in with JUDDD. It really has been a life changing thing for me and I hope you can get just as much out of it as I have! I think you will see a difference by eating all of your ud calories. You might have bounces up after your ud's, so please don't let it bother you. I am up 2 lbs. today, but when I look at where I was at the beginning of the month I am down 8.6 lbs.

Oh I can so relate to this Diane. I too am lucky enough to have 2 homes but the scales don't weigh the same. Sometime a 1lb, sometimes less. I have had them side by side but they are a type I can't recalibrate. Drives me mad.
