My parents were in town this week so I didn't get to weigh much and overdid it a little. Trying to get back to a really good DD today. On a positive note, I think I have convinced them to try JUDDD since they both have considerable weight to lose. I hope it works out
Seeing my husband lose over 100 pounds and me 85 total was just too much evidence.Ended January 155.2. Goal for February is to at least see 149. I'm no longer overweight at 140 so that's my direction for the next couple months. 2/1: DD 157.8 2/2: UD 154.8 2/3: DD 157.2 hoping for 153 tomorrow but the big "O" may get in my way 2/4: UD 159.0 2/5: DD 159.8 Ouch that mid month kills me every time. I think it's realistic, as I'll be doing Fast 5-8 for a week and may not lose during that time. 2/1 - 225.0 - UD (2204) 2/2 - 227.0 - DD (TBD) TOM, I can hear you coming. 2/3 through 2/11 - DNW and off JUDDD w/out of town company 2/12 - 234.0 - PD - this will be my first real potato hack. 2/13 - 231.0 - PD - so far I'm impressed by the potato hack! So last Sunday was my start date and last week was just not a good week for me at all. I had a funeral of a dear friends father who had lung cancer and then sick for 2 days. Mentally I was just not on program and didnt even weigh myself which is unheard of for me.
2/10 218.4 DD 487 2/11 218 UD 1968 2/12 217.8 DD 510 2/13 216.2 UD 1608 2/14 (no weigh in) DD turned into an UD Funeral of my friends father2/15 (no weigh in) UD didn't track. Still grieving from the funeral 2/16 (no weigh in) UD SICK!!! I haven't been sick in a while. 2/17 (no weigh in) UD still sick 2/18 217.4 DD 593 feeling better so getting back on track 2/19 215.8 feeling much better

January was a slow month...looking forward to a fabulous February! Goal: 218, exercise 5 days a week and reduce carbs.
2/1 - 227 - MD (Don't like to use an MD, but Superbowl just can't be a DD) - hip hop aerobics 2/2 - 224.9 - DD - 1 hour walk (with short stops to take photos and take in the views!) 2/3 - 223.4 - UD - That makes 50 pounds evicted! 2/4 - 225.1 - DD 2/5 - 223.3 - UD - glow aerobics 2/6 - 225.0 - DD - cardio kickboxing 2/7 - 223.5 - UD 2/8 - 225.5 - DD - hip hop aerobics 2/9 - 223.6 - UD - slightly disappointed the scale isn't moving, but I know it's the increased exercise, so ... keep calm and carry on! 2/10 - 223.7 - DD - 20 minute walk 2/11 - 223.0 - UD - poorly planned, probably UUAD with I-don't-know-how-many-calories 2/12 - 226.6 - DD - and the resulting bounce. Glow Aerobics. 2/13 - 222-224?? - UD - Sometimes I can't get a consistent scale reading! 2/14 - 224.4 - UD - 2 UDs in a row so today and Sat. can be UDs. 2/15 - 225.4 - DD 2/16 - 222.6 - UD - exercise was lots of walking in the hills of San Francisco 2/17 - 225.1 - DD - starting very controlled carb experiment today (for blood sugar) 2/18 - 224.0 - UD - unexpectedly high, which is usually water retention ... not worried. 2/19 - 223.7 - DD
