Pretty dissapointed thus far in my losses.But will weigh tomorrow and hopefully have at least 4lbs off? I have really been having a hard time sticking with 500 calories on my DD.I am upppng my % as of tomorrow to 25% maybe more. I guess I am just a hog but 500 cal just isn't satisfying me at all and then on UD I go over.Not every day, but I have to find what I can live with. So I guess I am experimenting.

CONGRATULATIONS on making goal Sheri .That is awesome I hope I too can say that by Dec of this year. At this rate I won't be any where close.

I also may start weighing only once a week ,but thast is still up in the air for me!

Berta, if I were you, I would start writing once a week, so you won't have to stress every day about it. 1-2 pounds weight loss every week is very healthy!

Don't be disappointed at all! You're doing great. Maybe it's not as fast as you'd like, but then, what would be? You want it to come off in a healthy way that you'll be able to maintain. And you are NOT a hog! It's hard getting used to restricting this much, and you're doing fine. Just eat where it's comfortable for you, and inch lower slowly until you hit your calculated DD cals. It will get easier, I promise!!! I weighed once a week, always after a DD (so really every 8th day) for quite awhile after starting, and only recently have been able to deal with the bouncy bouncy bounce of every day weighing.

Berta, I see where you have gotten down to 244, so you have lost 4 lbs! You will get back to that low soon, probably before the month is out if not lower and that would be a great loss for the month!

Sicchi, how tall are you? 141 sounds like a nice weight to me. I know it's different when you don't have as much to lose, but maybe that's where your body is most comfortable?

Thanks to all who sent congrats!! I had begun to think I'd never lose all my weight. But, JUDDD was the key! It really does work........for me anyway! I should be able to do this for life. I'm going to go to WLM @ 50%, I think. I might switch to 5:2 but, I haven't made up my mind. I'm still reading about it. I'll let y'all know when I do.

My poor DH has lost 11 pounds in about 5 weeks & has stopped. I think that's wonderful!! But, I'm afraid he's about ready to give up. Usually, he loses faster & more than I do. Not sure what's happening with him?? He'll probably want to go back to another WOE from the past. It's ok with me & I'll help him any way that I can. It should be easy for me to make his menu's now that I'm transitioning to maintenance. I hope so!

NOPE I haven't changed my ticker.I am waiting until Wed morning to change it.I weigh 246.4 this a.m. after an UD.I started at 248.4.
Well actually when I first started dieting last year I was 274.8 I was hoping for 8lbs a month. But I still think once I get use to JUDDD and learn the foods to eat and what keeps me full I will start losing better.It is a new ballgame, so I have alot to learn about myself.

Also I have to get new DVD player. But waiting on my check next week. Then I am buying a new one,and doing the walk away the pounds. I have the 1,2,& 3 mile one. Also this summer I want to go swim at our Auquatic center.They are open from 7a.m.-7p.m. year round.Indoor lap pool and outdoor pool!They also have water aerobic classes once a week.

I believe all that will really help me also

I am 5.5ft, my BMI is 23ish so I am healthy, I just know with a couple more kilos I will be really comfortable in my own skin, ya know? I'm a size 10-12 but want to be a 10, thats all. I am so close My wedding is in 2 and a half months, so thats sort of my motivation. As you can see from my weigh in, my weight loss has been REALLY slow, but thats been ok. I just can't break this stall. Here's hoping anyways... I will start mt toning up next week

Last two January weights were 188.6 after UD and 187.6 after DD.

2/1 ~ 189.4 ~ MD ~ Bit of a bounce from yesterday's weight...
2/2 ~ 190.0 ~ UD ~ Yesterday turned into a mid day when I had some chicken and rice at dinner when I was already done for the day, today is a new day!
2/3 ~ 189.8 ~ DD ~ I'd saved about 1000 calories yesterday for going out to eat, ended up being chinese, ate alot, so who knows what my numbers were.. Today is a Coffee w/ HWC DD!
2/4 ~ 188.0 ~ UD ~ Total Body Workout
2/5 ~ 190.0 ~ DD ~ Hoping I wouldn't bounce that high...
2/6 ~ 189.8 ~ UD ~ just have to remember it's my cycle and I never can seem to lose during this period before tom.... Total Body Workout
2/7 ~ 191.0 ~ DD ~ Cardio Boot Camp
2/8 ~ 188.6 ~ UUAD ~ that's a bit better...
2/9 ~ 189.4 ~ UD ~ happy to get that weight after yesterday, may try to do a super almost no cal DD today. Zumba
2/10 ~ 191.0 ~ DD ~ This is why I can't have any carbs, because I always go overboard!!!

I understand.Is a 10 in Aus the same as a US 10? I would think you'd be in an 8 at your height and weight, if not 6. I know about wanting to be a certain size for your wedding too. I remember when I got married (the first time ), I wore a "girdle" and I know I wasn't over 130 lbs.

My parents were in town this week so I didn't get to weigh much and overdid it a little. Trying to get back to a really good DD today. On a positive note, I think I have convinced them to try JUDDD since they both have considerable weight to lose. I hope it works out Seeing my husband lose over 100 pounds and me 85 total was just too much evidence.

Ended January 155.2. Goal for February is to at least see 149. I'm no longer overweight at 140 so that's my direction for the next couple months.

2/1: DD 157.8
2/2: UD 154.8
2/3: DD 157.2 hoping for 153 tomorrow but the big "O" may get in my way
2/4: UD 159.0
2/5: DD 159.8 Ouch that mid month kills me every time. Just keep repeating: it does this every month, it does this every month
2/6: UD 158.6
2/7: DD 160.2 Waiting for that 5 lb drop... sometimes I hate being a woman
2/8: UD 157.8 Seeing the light at the end of the fat tunnel
