Just hang in there and taking a break maybe a very good idea! My body is following somewhat similar pattern. 1st 30lb was comparatively fast then it really slowed down and the past few months have been a bear! I went on vacation twice during this time and each time I came back a couple of lbs heavier but it started coming off again. Slowly but surely, like 2-3 lbs a month! I have to really control my UD cals and exercise 4-5 times a week at least! JD

I think you're all doing just great...we know that there will be some ups and downs as we continue this journey...I know that I was not doing some things that I was supposed to be doing,.so..I got bigger up bounces..and not very low bounces...I wasn't taking the resveratrol...and I was not going down enough on my dds...that has been my own fault..I have dropped the 3 lbs where I went up..and dropped an additional 2 lbs...so I feel that I am giving it my best effort right now...and I was thinking about how people are averaging maybe one lb or 1-1/2 lbs loss a week...do you know that is incredibly good?...years ago when I was having nothing but optifast shakes everyday...after the first 3 or 4 weeks I was only losing like one lb or a little more per week..and I was starving,..total fasting except for a few shakes a day....for weeks on end...when I could no longer do that..the weight came back with a vengeance...and I felt more defeated than ever...so I just want to say I think this is a wonderful way to eat..and people are doing so much better than they may realize..we all do things a little bit differently and that's as it should be...everyone here is doing great, I think...hang in there..and we are going to get where we want to be.

Today I havent eaten anything yet and it is 5:46 p.m. Getting hungry a little.BUT I am finding my DD are getting easier for me to handle

Yes we will and thanks for the GREAT post!No other plan out there allows you to eat like JUDDD does. So far I'm loving it

Last two January weights were 188.6 after UD and 187.6 after DD.

2/1 ~ 189.4 ~ MD ~ Bit of a bounce from yesterday's weight...
2/2 ~ 190.0 ~ UD ~ Yesterday turned into a mid day when I had some chicken and rice at dinner when I was already done for the day, today is a new day!
2/3 ~ 189.8 ~ DD ~ I'd saved about 1000 calories yesterday for going out to eat, ended up being chinese, ate alot, so who knows what my numbers were.. Today is a Coffee w/ HWC DD!
2/4 ~ 188.0 ~ UD ~ Total Body Workout
2/5 ~ 190.0 ~ DD ~ Hoping I wouldn't bounce that high...
2/6 ~ 189.8 ~ UD ~ just have to remember it's my cycle and I never can seem to lose during this period before tom.... Total Body Workout
2/7 ~ 191.0 ~ DD ~ Cardio Boot Camp
2/8 ~ 188.6 ~ UUAD ~ that's a bit better...
2/9 ~ 189.4 ~ UD ~ happy to get that weight after yesterday, may try to do a super almost no cal DD today. Zumba

Thank you. I just want to put out there too, that I have stopped eating my DD calculator number of 320 and am doing 450-550 calorie dds now, and it seems to be working.

6/2... 223....had been stuck at 224 for ages!!
7/2... 223....not bad after a UD!!
8/2...after dd..223...well a smidgen under really so quite happy!!
9/2...after ud..224...hoping for a whoosh tomoz!!
10/2..after DD...222...thats better!!
14/2...after 2 uud's and 2 dd's 222...quite happy with that!!
17/02...222..after ud, dd and ud
