I will resume weighing when I return to Sacramento on Wednesday. I had to fly up here to our place in Portland because my grandson and son-in-law are very sick, and they needed help. We downsized in CA and got a small place here in OR when our grandson was born last year and I haven't sincranized(sp) the scales in both places. I know this one weighs heavier, and I don't want to get depressed more
Anyways...I will still stick to rotations with today starting a down day. It will be easy, because I am just drinking coffee, tea and water. That is all these two want right now. What a virus!

Thank you LCG....becoming a grandmother has totally changed my life....I could start a whole new thread on that!
Anyways...my DD needed to get back to work, and my son-in-law is a nurse, so that is probably where this all started, actually weeks ago. DH and I both did get some form of this a couple of weeks ago when we were here and grandson had his first round of virus and ended up in the hospital getting IV's for dehydration. Horrible. Better this time, and I hope I don't get a repeat....but, what are you to do? He is napping now, so I can get caught up on work and this forum.

I got a new scale and its about 7# heavier than what I had been using. So I know I'm down 9#, just not sure if I'm at 192 or 185. I like 185 better, that's for sure. I'm trying to decide if I want to adjust all my numbers upward (including my starting stats because, dang it, I lost 9 pounds!) Or if I just want to subtract 7# off my new scale weight.
I'm thinking I just need to adjust everything upwards because my new scale is closer to my work scale, which was also higher.
I haven't decided yet, so I guess I can't offer a true starting weight for Feb. We'll say 185 for now.
My goal: I'd like to be in the 170's and get my 5K pace under 45:00. I'm starting running again, and I'd like to get back to my pre-baby pace of around an 11:00 mile for a 1/2 marathon.

Feb 2 -144.6 - I did not count calories yesterday. I WAS starving in the AM and blew through 1000 calories quickly - all good food choices. Then I stopped counting. Today I am trying to eat intuitively....and juicing some green juice, trying to fuel my body with extra nutrients because I think I need them! I'm taking a "break" from JUDDD this weekend, but will still monitor my weight.

Feb goal: 2 goals actually - hit 174 (no longer obese!) and then the 160's!!!

2.2 UD 175.6, 1850 cals planned

OMG an actual loss and a new low! Will wonders never cease? I started ptero supplements a few days ago and I also caught a nasty cold and have been drinking a lot of my new teas. Between them the appetite has been in check. Will keep taking the ptero and drinking tea but hope to lose the cold LOL.

I am on my third day of JUDDD....day one DD 137lbs and 521 calories, day two UD 134.5lbs and 853 calories, day three 136.5lbs and will try to maintain 500 calories....wish me luck

Last two January weights were 188.6 after UD and 187.6 after DD.

2/1 ~ 189.4 ~ MD ~ ??? ~ Net ???? ~ Bit of a bounce from yesterday's weight...
2/1 ~ 190.0 ~ UD ~ ???? ~ Net ??? ~ Yesterday turned into a mid day when I had some chicken and rice at dinner when I was already done for the day, today is a new day!

February Goal is 183.

February goal - 218.5, which will be 100 pounds lost. I think it's realistic, as I'll be doing Fast 5-8 for a week and may not lose during that time.
