Hi gang!
I'm going to give logging my daily weights a try... I'm weighing daily, but not really logging the bounces anywhere-- I don't want to have a null&void February, so maybe this will help

2/14 - 243.0 (down a bit from yesterday morning, which was after Tuesday's MD. yesterday was an UD that got away from me just a bit, but not uua, just a bit)

2/3 through 2/11 - DNW and off JUDDD w/out of town company
2/12 - 234.0 - PD - this will be my first real potato hack.

2/14 - 230.0 - PD - 4 pounds in 2 days, not bad.

January was a slow month...looking forward to a fabulous February! Goal: 218, exercise 5 days a week and reduce carbs.

2/1 - 227 - MD (Don't like to use an MD, but Superbowl just can't be a DD) - hip hop aerobics
2/2 - 224.9 - DD - 1 hour walk (with short stops to take photos and take in the views!)
2/3 - 223.4 - UD - That makes 50 pounds evicted!
2/4 - 225.1 - DD
2/5 - 223.3 - UD - glow aerobics
2/6 - 225.0 - DD - cardio kickboxing
2/7 - 223.5 - UD
2/8 - 225.5 - DD - hip hop aerobics
2/9 - 223.6 - UD - slightly disappointed the scale isn't moving, but I know it's the increased exercise, so ... keep calm and carry on!
2/10 - 223.7 - DD - 20 minute walk
2/11 - 223.0 - UD - poorly planned, probably UUAD with I-don't-know-how-many-calories
2/12 - 226.6 - DD - and the resulting bounce. Glow Aerobics.
2/13 - 222-224?? - UD - Sometimes I can't get a consistent scale reading!

2/12/13 - 160.5 DD (totally expected after that UD! But the scale is flitting between 159.5 and 160.5 so I'm recording the higher number.)

Thanks Cindy, Tex and Melinda! Seeing quite a few loosers!

Goal for Feb is below 160! I am trying, slowly, to down the DD cal and up the UD cal; also trying do Carly's 16/8, doing ok so far. Scared of upping the calories in case wgt loss slows down as Nov, Dec and Jan were very, very slow! Thank you guys for reminding me about "keeping the gap" between DD and UD!

2/1 - 164.8 DD 591 (-996)
2/2 - 163.0 UD 1644 (- 818, New low)
2/3 - 163.0 DD 496 (- 982 )
2/4 - 162.4 UD 1435 (New Low)
2/5 - 163.6 DD 515 (-950 Don't like this big rebound)
2/6 - 162.0 UD 2338 (-207, New low!)
2/7 - 164.2 DD 493 (-830 fully expected this bounce but still )
2/8 - 163.2 UD 1533 (-922)
2/9 - 163.4 DD 548
2/10- 162.0 UD 1514 (-1053)
2/11- 163.2 DD 390 (-753 finally able to go below 400 cal!)
2/12- 162.0 UD 1310 (I'll be happy if it sticks tomorrow!)

Started at 146.5. -3.5lbs in Dec, -6lbs in Jan. Started 5:2 experiment 1/28 @ 137.0. Goal: maintain or loose a few more.

2/4----DD---138.5 I don't like that big of a bounce.
