2/12: DD - 224.0 - Have I mentioned how I loathe the bounce?

Looks like quite a few of us had the dreaded bounce today.

Just reading about "the bounce". I have only been weighing about once a week, but realize prob should weigh more often. Today is my second DD of week 3, and at start I was 305 lbs. Last time I weighed after a DD I was down to 288. This morning I decided to start tracking my wt daily, and I was 292 I guess that's the "bounce". Still, I am down 13 lbs overall

Yesterday was a really difficult DD for me, and I ended up eating more than I probably should have. Still under 500 calories, but I've been eating more like 250 on DD's. Not happy with weigh-in but after eating donuts and tons of peanuts, guess I won't complain that it's not higher. I feel like I'm in binge mode lately on UD's. back to VLC on UDs. I envy you guys that can eat whatever you want on JUDDD, my body just hates carbs, especially wheat.

awww, tks deedee! <muah!> Yea, I don't think there's any secrets on my end. I'm just trying to stick to my numbers like glue. In fact, my DD numbers are higher this month. Alot of times I would skip eating on DDs. This month I've been munchier and have just gone with it.

Started JUDDD on Sunday and had my second DD yesterday. Really excited about this WOE. Nothing has ever seemed to fit my lifestyle until now!
