I lost 2.6 lbs. in Jan. But, I only have 2.6 lbs to be at goal. I think I can do it by Valentines Day!

I'm saying 12 for January. We'll attribute the stomach flu loss to last month

Oh WOW, I'm just in awe of you! What amazing results. The best part is it's a cheap diet; less food and you didn't have to line anyone's pockets to do it...just Dr J's book and worth every dollar (and you don't even need to do that, there's enough information here on these boards).

I'm on my second day of JUDDD with my UD today and I hope to post my losses in a February thread. I can't help thinking it's not going to work (I feel so full) but I like the hungry feeling the DD gave me.

I had one major victory in this short period - I ate a handful of walnuts today - yes a handful and I was thoroughly satisfied. Nuts would normally send me on a binge spiral and no way I could have stopped at a handful.

Thanks Mamadodge.

That's a great NSV (non-scale victory) Mojocat!
