Ok here goes my first DD menu
B: coffee with HWC and 1 splenda (52) 3 hard boiled egg whites (51) tea with milk (15) L: 3 oz of chicken (100) 1 cup-A- soup (50) 1 C broth (15) 1/2 c carrots (20) D: 3 oz ground beef (151) 1 c mushrooms (10) 1/2 c diced tomatos (20) 6 oz of shirataki pasta (0) (first time having this...kinda nervous) total calories = 484 |

coffee, black so far.
I woke up today thinking it was an UD. ![]() I really wanted it to be one. But so far so good, haven't gotten hungry yet. We have NO groceries in the house. So, probably will have some of my frozen DD chili at some point , then IDK, will check back in later. |

I use cold, but I don't think it really matters. Depending on the brand, they can have a fishy smell when you open the package, so I rinse, rinse, rinse.

I'm waiting until 2 to eat. During my 2 hour eating window I plan to have
4 ounces turkey breast cutlet 4 cups leaf lettuce 3 Tablespoons salsa (used as dressing for lettuce) 4 prunes Mastercook says 234 cals for this so I'm rounding up to 250. Will add two 50-cal Ballpark hot dogs and 3 packets Frank's Sauerkraut (15 cals) 365 |

Nothing yet. Just a bit of skim milk in my coffee and one dove dark chocolate heart. (well, 82 cals worth of nothing, lol!)
I may have some progresso chicken noodle soup for dinner if I want it. (I think mine is 90 cals a serving with 2 servings in the can) We'll see...have to run kids around to events & deal with the whiteout conditions & accidents tonight! L: Trying, trying, trying to hold off. Was reading more on the potato hacks so that made me hungry. Brought left over potato soup & broth bake from a PDD a few days ago. Heated it up, ate a few bites, now not hungry anymore. D: Protein shake? More potatoes? No idea. I got up at 4:30 this morning to take my Dad to the airport, then working all day, then the peanut to swim lessons tonight. So I'm tired, crabby and wont be home until late. Ug, good thing its a DD cuz today would be an UUAD otherwise...I'd try to sooth my tired with food.

Lazy down day here. I had a doctor's appointment first thing this morning and then a long nap. It's been snowing here so I'm wrapped up in a blanket and sipping my ever-present tea with a bit of milk.
DH and I have plans to go to a movie later. I think I'm going to go for a zero calorie down day--well, at least no food, only tea and milk. I know the milk has calories but I don't count them. If I did it would be still very low. Cindy lou, your dinner looks delicious! Glad you enjoyed it.

Well today wasn't that bad....
tried to keep myself busy first thing in the morning because my body wanted bacon and eggs smothered in butter and then around 4:30 I was watching the clock thinking " I have 2 more hours to go ![]() BUT I made it threw the first DD and so looking forward to UD tomorrow ![]() |

I ended up not feeling well after lunch, so all I had was chili. Ended the day at 210 calories.
