UD Wednesday Plans
I didn't see a Wed. UD thread started yet-what's everyone eating today on your UDs?
I had a donut on the road at 7:30am, while picking my cat up from the clinic (he's no longer a 'he' ). Lunch is at McDonalds with my sisters, nieces and mom-I'll probably get a Big Mac meal Supper-I'm totally hooked on these buffalo chicken pizza bite things-they're a cheapy $1 frozen entree brand (Michelinis or something like that). One box is 300 calories and then I'll dip them in ranch dressing ![]() Hmmm, not one healthy thing on the menu today, unless you count the lettuce on the Big Mac ![]() Last edited by mom23kids; 01-30-2013 at 08:01 AM.. |

Sara, not healthy, but sounds pretty darn good!
For breakfast I had a cup of coffee with hazlenut creamer and I had one of the most wonderful things that I have ever had. It is called Holly Baking Cookie Brittle. I tried it last week for the first time, we got it at work in a gift basket. it's 105 calories for one cookie and so worth it. They sell them at Whole Foods I think(we don't have one here) but that is what reviewers at Amazon.com said. I think it is my new favorite thing and I am going to be ordering some to stock up for muy UDs I think I will have panda Express for either lunch or dinner because I saw they have entrees for under 250 calories! I am trying to kep my calories to 500 calories until 6 pm, that way I can have a good 1000 calories at night Last edited by hot-in-texas; 01-30-2013 at 08:19 AM.. |

Re: healthy foods.
Um, I was nowhere near my UD calories yesterday, so I went to the store and bought . . . wait for it . . . eclairs! I had two! ![]() HIT: I often have Panda Express for lunch. I love to get a bowl and have mixed veggies as the base and then a lower calorie entree for the topping. I eat out so much, I can convince myself that's a healthy option. ![]() |

awww I wish I could eat Chinese like that! Sounds yummy! Unfortunately, every time I eat it, I get nauseated.
![]() Haven't had anything except coffee w/ a bit of sf creamer this morning. DH is taking me out for lunch (clueless, will try to be "good"), then dinner should be leftover homemade lasagna from last UD. |

I started out the morning with bulletproof coffee, waffles made from CarbQuick (have some left from my Atkins stint, the fam likes them so may as well use the stuff) with sugar free syrup. And oven-baked bacon. I love bacon. I could spend days eating nothing but bacon. (We only got 16 packages from our last pig, which was a complete disappointment. The only reason I put up with the stinky things is for the bacon.)
L: No clue D: No clue Will have to see what the boys are feeling like for meals. We have some left over spaghetti & garlic bread from another UD. That maybe? Speaking of eating out: Do you guys tend to trust the calorie info for places? I'm asking specifically for places like Applebee's who have the "Under 550" meals. We went there last night, I saved all my cals and ordered one of those. I didn't eat the potatoes or all of the mushroom. Honestly I was stuffed from the steak & spinach but left off eating some of the stuff in an attempt to make up for any padding the restaurant may have done. I didn't weigh myself this morning so I don't know how it went. Anyway, sorry this ended up being so long. I got carried away I guess. ![]() |

Yennie,
I'm the queen of eating out. I eat out all. the. time. I choose to trust the counts and I've done pretty well, so I don't think they're all that inflated. I've been dying to try the Applebee's under 550 menus. |

Thanks Dawn. I got the garlic sirloin and it was YUMMY! The potatoes weren't that great, not a hardship to skip those. The spinach & mushroom cap was lovely as well. Highly recommend, it was worth saving my DD cals for, and I went to bed STUFFED!
On a separate note, I'm sitting at the gym watching my son do his gymnastics (as only a pack of 8 3 year olds can do ) and I am wearing a pair of SIZE 10 JEANS!!! I haven't worn size 10 since before I got pregnant!! They're a titch snug, need to wear a looser shirt but they're on & not gonna split.I love JUDDD!!! At the beginning of the month, I could not pull them up past mid thigh!!!!! |
