DD Wednesday - What's the plan?
 
Cottage cheese
Stir fry with brocc/peppers/mushrooms/chick peas
Salad for dinner (not sure, we won't have hardly any time)

Goal under 600

Much needed after yesterdays binge! Ugh :(

My plan is NOTHING but water and SF Powerade. Maybe some warm tea w/Stevia and a little lemon.

10:00 Coffee, NF half & half, Quest protein bar
2:00 Vanilla protein shake, 1 tbsp. SF banana pudding mix
6:00 Chocolate protein shake, 1 tbsp. peanut flour

Exercise 30 min. recumbent bike & 15 min. pilates rebounder

L- tuna casserole
D- gyro thing without the pita

About how many calories does bone broth have? I am wanting a mug of the broth that I made but not sure how many cals or if you even count them:dunno:

L - 1 HB egg
S - chicken broth and/or tea
D - something protein and some salad

shooting for 300-350 cals and LC.

B - A cup of tea, and a cup of coffee. (Couldn't decide what I wanted, so had both!) with a little 1/2 n 1/2 in each.

L - packet of Miso soup (would love to give the person talking about miso soup a big hug, because I've never had it before and I'm now in love with it!)

D - Salad with light dressing...maybe some mushrooms on it if it's too boring. :)

Got 100 calorie popcorn and tea on standby if I need it later on!

I've read 40 calories per cup several different places. I'd count them.

B - 2 hb eggs & almond milk 160c
L - progresso light chicken pot pie soup - 200c (was supposed to be chix veg rotini for 140c but I picked up the wrong can!)
D - tuna w/ mayo, pickle & onion 160c (going by my grandmothers and I know they are going to try to feed me! LOL just going to tell them I'm not hungry.)
S - sunflower seeds :( 80c

600 instead of 500!!!!

Tea with a tablespoon of cream, half-and-half, or full-fat coconut milk, so far. 139 calories so far. I was hoping to keep this up all day, but it's going to be hard because I have to work late tonight.

Feel like I need something to chew for dinner, so instead of the chocolate shake I had planned, I'll be having my favorite South Beach ricotta cheese cream. It consists of 1/2 C. LF ricotta cheese, truvia, almond extract & chopped toasted almonds. :yummy:

I'll have some herbal tea later this evening.

Daily Cals. still total 500 max. with a min. of 50 grams of protein. :up:

L was suppose to be homemade chicken broth but picked out wrong bag from freezer sheesh it had piece of chicken in it
small amount of cracked pecans
will go fix dinner shortly yes am hungry again) probably turkey bacon and egg whites

Had a cup of homemade chicken broth and tea with 1 T. coconut milk, in addition. If I can white knuckle through the evening, I'll end with under 200 calories--my lowest DD so far. It wasn't easy; I'm hungry and it's going to be hard to drag myself through a couple more hours of overtime work.

Worked out this morning, early, weights :)
I'm at 415 cals so far:
B-coffee, hnh
L-Atkins advantage bar 200cals
D-cabbage cooked in chicken broth w. garlic, green onions, celery, soysauce, splenda and ACV-yummy and only 100cals for a lot of food! :up:

I've got a bit of cals left over if I can't make it until bed. Gotta' run errands so hopefully I can tough it out. It would be amazing to come in UNDER 500cals!! I always want to go to bed early on DDs :D.
