Slimful bars, 90 cals

Bought some Slimful bars (Cocoa Brownie) which are 90 cals and the package says ""with 8 oz of water, satisfies your stomach for hours". Although the first three ingredients are sweetners, it contains konjac flour, aka glucomannan, which is probably the reason it "satisfies your stomach for hours"!

Anybody have an idea how to reproduce these at home?

I've never heard of those. I had tried the full bars for a little while back in February last year. If I recall they were a bit high in carbs and I was watching carbs back then so gave up on them. I'll link a thread in a bit that may help.

No idea how to replicate them, but I'm always looking for low calorie bars. Where did you find them?

Yep, the first 3 ingredients are sweetners. I got starry-eyed when I saw the "90 calories, several hour" hype.. Didn't even look at the carbs! 18 Net carbs per bar

That is why I was wondering if any of our mad-scientest JUDDDS BUDS had/could come up with a friendlier version!

Ate the first bar today - I got better results just from three capsules of straight glucomannan.
