Call me copy cat. I'm thinking of trying the fast 5 woe.
And throw in two low cal days for fun.
So I'm still JUdddiNG. I m not for sure yet. Little spooky for me. I have lost 6.6 ish from end of Nov. 4 ish more # to lose. I like the feeling of the empty feeling, clearer thinking at times. Boy do I need that all the one:) I need to read more before fast 5. Mainly eat in window of 5 hours, with a good handle. The handle part is what I soooo need. Thinking 4pm - 8:30p Ei |

few questions to get me going. Today I go the the pool at noon. Yesterday was a 45o dd, great for me. My dilemma if starting today is, I feel I need energy for the pool. 10 am here. I don't like to eat before exercise, it makes me gag! But I don't have that 'cold' issue you get. Never have.

Have a look at bullet proof coffee (or cocoa!) with coconut oil. That might keep you warm and not spoil your fast.
