Juddd 2nd try
Hello fellow juddders. Today is Monday and like I said last week, I'm restarting juddd. Taking a different approach this time, I won't be measuring myself with the scale but the number of successful days on it. See I love the scale but if I were to calculate the number of times I saw the scale move up n down the same 10 pounds....so as much as I care about the numbers I don't want them to go up ever again. So Ill only weigh myself once a week, instead of daily. I'm back to my starting weight.
Today is my down day and I know it will go well. |

Good job, Rosey, climbing back on that JUDDD horse! And yes, the scale can be an obstacle sometimes. I didn't weigh everyday for many weeks into JUDDD. I just couldn't take the bounce. Now, I'm okay. Not totally well-adjusted, but I can usually deal and stay the course. Glad to have you back!

Welcome back Rosie. My DDs are still really hard, and I'm not gonna lie, one thing that helps tremendously is being here. The support is here for you, we wish you nothing but fabulous success. Out 10 pounds!! (And more too!!)

I wish you all the best, I too have had trouble watching the scale..I know what it does to me, if I weigh more than once a week,..so I try not to...hang in there because we know this is going to work for us..but that up and down rollercoaster really plays with my head..so ..Im back to once a week weigh ins too.

Day 1 went well. I thought i wouldnt make it but i did. the trick. eating cup a soup for lunch, its 34 cals and a cup of tea for brekfast 0 cals and eat my entire 400 cals in the evening for dinner worked yesterday.
