I had an UUAD yesterday so am trying to keep my eating window to 2-4 or 4-5, not sure. I'm planning on having sliced deli chicken and not much else.

Had to switch rotations because of DD turned MD. Staying on top of this DD. :)

L - potato soup (150)
D - potato soup (150)
450 which is high for me but hoping the potatoes make the difference

Then sausage and egg for din din
And hot tea and water all day

Still nothing but coffee this morning, but the beans and potatoes are cooking, and the steaks are marinating. Lord, I'm hungry! :D
