UD Sunday!!
Morning! Only down .5 after failed potato hack day but stayed within cals.
B. raisin bran crunch w almond milk 325c L. Varsity w family chili slaw dog, onion ring, small coke 869c D. Leaves me 711 may do a lc chicken pizza n salad |
Another UD for me, but went overboard with yesterday UD so I'm going to try and keep calories lower.
Coffee with light cream (120) Will hold off and have a late lunch of a chef salad (500ish) Making a roast for dinner maybe with greenbeans (400ish) peanut butter/cocoa before bed (120) |
I'm on the train back home.
B: coffee, Cuban sandwich (363) S: Have oranges and Quest bars if needed The rest of the day's up in the air. If we get home early enough and they have any left, we're going to look at Great Dane / Mastiff puppies. |

L: lamb curry over baked spaghetti squash, beet soup 724 cal D: kebabs on the bed of romaine lettuce and cucumber 480 cal 1504 cal/36 gr carbs |
Didnt go to Varsity. :cry: Cracker Barrel instead catfish, mac n green beans. Of course a cornbread muffin!! Dinner was few ham slices, 2 olives, chips.
