Late to the potato hack....
I haven't been able to lose back to my before XMas weight. I am sticking to the DDs because my arthritis feels so good. I am out of control on my UDs though. I thought I might try the potato DD. Is anyone doing this just on DDs? I tried to read through all the pages on previous threads - this is what I gather:
Potatoes with very little or no fat on DDs. Is this correct? Thanks for all your input and advice. |

Today was Potato Day #7 for my husband and I! I'm posting on the DD Hack thread.
I boil a crockpot of gold potatoes at a time and put them in a big bowl in the fridge. Lunch is usually 2-3 with reduced sugar ketchup + malt vinegar or leftover soup and supper is usually potato soup with chicken broth & a little red or green salsa. But my newest is sliced cold boiled potatoes laid on a pan covered with nonstick foil and baked at 400 & flipped until both sides are browned- takes a good while- then each slab is topped with a spoonful of the lowest calorie pizza sauce I can find. ![]()

Thank you for all your replies. I bought frozen hash browns (no added fat) and I think I am going to try it this week!
