Update On Lowering My Calories!

Five days ago I lowered my cals by 100 on both rotation days because I wasnt losing, thanks to all your help. Today I am at a new low and have went down 5 pounds. I couldnt be happier. Long time coming for me but I think now I could be on a downward trend.:aprayer:
I just wanted to encourage anyone who might be in the place I had been for weeks.

I'm really happy for you, Debbie. I think I'm going to follow your example, and I hope you are at the start of a downward trend. Thanks for helping me hang in there through my current plateau and not give up. :hugs:

Jaylynn--
I'm in Wa, too. It would be funny if some people on the board actually knew each other in person!

Great job! I haven't been at this long enough to lull, but its great to know, in advance, that there is excellent help.
I'm super impressed that you worked through the lull & didn't throw in the towel. That's what I would have done in the past but stories like yours give me such hope & inspiration!
Oh, and I'm in WA too! :)

hey all you washingtonians...:hiya: I'm about an hour from seattle, across the puget sound.

I love all the little "how I changed it up and got the scales moving" stories!

Its great to come here and get so many awesome ideas.

Debrat3 01-25-2013 10:06 PM
