UD Friday plans!

b-probably honey mustard pretzels
l-breakfast burrito or a frozen entree
s-going to a hockey game and it's $1 hot dog night So probably a couple of those and then maybe split a cheese fry with dh. We're going with a group of friends and we may also go out for dessert afterward.

Dd made lasagne for dinner. Lunch will be in town and I have a hankering for Mexican but we'll see. I don't want 2 big meals in one day so maybe I can talk dh into splitting a plate at a Mex. rest. so I can still have some lasagne for dinner.

Sounds good ladies! I am down 1.5 after my potato hack DD! Ive been losing after UD this time on Juddd.

B 2 egg omelet w ham, spinach, chz topped w 1 tbsp sour crm and salsa, 2 turk sausage links, almond milk 377c
L chicken salad in lc wrap, .5 avocado, sf jello 390c
D mexican chicken nachos, margaritas est 1000c

I'm on an UD today too!!

B-coffee, cream, grapefruit
L- LS Mexican Spinach casserole
S-choc covered raisins? maybe, apple
D-not sure yet. May go out since it's an UD...

Do you guys weigh daily and just roll with it? Wondering if I should just do it weekly? I'm trying for clean induction 500cal DDs for 2 weeks and 1800cal UDs. Is that right? Do most of you add an MD once you're through induction? That would be nice on the weekends.

Hey Julie! My first DD was Jan 12th. Im down 6.5 so far. Ive done 500-650 DD and 1900 UD. I have been able to stay on rotations!! I am thinking of Super Bowl Sunday being an MD.

Scale has not cooperated this week - kinda stuck, but that's okay, I'm still a couple pounds under what I had hoped to see before we leave for vacation.

I'm up a bit, but I had a few more cals yesterday's DD than I wanted, and chicken wings the night before on the UD, and I know I gain water after wings...

I'm sort of feeling bummed today-- worried I'm catching *another* cold, traveling on Sunday, I have to do stand-up training all next week (which is exhausting, even if I were feeling better)... and DH and I had a long talk last night, and I'm trying to help him with his work/emotional stress... I'm just drained.

B: if it wasn't nailed down, I ate it.
2 slices LC bread. 120
2 slices marble cheddar 160
margarine - 35
rawtella -
6 mini cranberry oatmeal muffins
2 small squares of texas onion pie (sort of quiche-like)
2 thin crackers
3 chicken wings. 240
6 mini potato hashbrowns - 200?


I know the day isn't blown... I"m going to try having some tea, some more vitamins, and I have to find some time to pack for leaving on Sunday.

I'm just sort of feeling bummed....

Ugh, think I ate about 500 calories in honey mustard pretzels this morning-those things are just too good

ended up having a small b-fast burrito for lunch and skipped the sausage to lessen the calories. Now I'll just have water/diet soda until we eat at the hockey game tonight.

B: was going to be just coffee but I was awake at 3am so I ended up hungry around 7 and made a denver omelet

I am a little annoyed with myself over the sausages. They're from a store called HEB (Texas store) and I thought I picked up the chicken ones (220 cals per sausage link) but it was the pork (350 cals per link).
I'll still be well below my UD limit, but the pork also has a lot more sodium than the chicken ones.

Julie I only weigh once a week AT MOST. Sometimes just every other week.

Soren - I hope you are just drained and not getting sick again!

Sara = back when I could eat Gluten, Honey mustard pretzels would be dangerous around me!!!!!!!
