DD Potato Testing Day
B - 1 scrambled egg 60c, 1 small potato roasted ?c L - 1 medium potato baked w/ spices & A1 100c? D - another baked potato or shredded in waffle iron I wasn't hungry from breakfast to lunch so I don't know if it was the egg that helped but I was afraid so that's why I did the egg. |

B - coffee - I've trained myself to sort of enjoy it with just 1 tsp of creamer and a few capella's flavor drops, so a cup is only about 12 calories instead of 100
L - half of a muffin made with Ouizoid's fantastic flour mix (love that stuff!) D - Leftover cabbage, mushroom, dumpling casserole S - other half of muffin Should end the day a tad under 400 cals. I usually allow myself up to 500, but yesterday's UD was pretty salty and I have some bloat to get rid of. |

1 Apple
2 small carrots 2 glasses of green juice It's kinda hard to figure out the cals in a green juice, but I found on the web 1 of my juices is about 120cals. My allowed cals are 385, so I think I just hit it. |

Natasha-- I *think* (I'm no expert) that the potato was supposed to be in total absence of fat... I don't think the egg will ruin anything, but if you do it again, I think you can do spices and stuff like salsa, but the egg might have too much fat and protein?
check with the potato hack folks...OMG, I spent the whole day with my friend! I was available for work (blackberry) but after the citizenship ceremony, we went for lunch... then back to her place while she packed for a trip and we had tea... I feel a little guilty... and then I remember every SUNDAY I give up to travel for work, and I'll try not to feel guilty. ![]() B: venti green tea with 3 splenda from starbucks L: beet and goat cheese and greens salad (couldn't find info so used the same salad from cheesecake factory skinnylicious menu...) but I'm sure it's less b/c I didn't eat the pecans-- so I think I'll take 50 cals off (pecan halves are 10 each!). Lots of water. D: my plan is for a cup of my 50 cal soup, and some yogurt with jam and splenda About 375. Leaving room for error in lunch.

I had a DD that turned into an UD yesterday, so Im' having a down day today and I had already planned to do a complete fast tomorrow. I think I still will even though I know it's not recommended to regularly have double down days. I'm planning to just have almond milk today. Starting this weekend, I want to have a really clean two weeks of up and down rotations and try to actually stick to the 300ish calories I'm supposed to have on down days. I've figured out some meals that will work despite what I previously said.
I'm also finally reading the book. |

Who knows Sara, you may get a whoosh!
![]() I am hungry, and cold today. I just had 2pcs of salami (thin, and cooked, so some of the fat is out) and another serving of my 50cal soup. DH is having a rough day at work (heckuva week, with the dog issues and now work stuff... poor guy) and he's running quite late. I'm NOT eating his stir-fry though! I'm pretty cold-- was outside more than usual, and then my friend had her house temp at like 15C (um... 59F). I was like, OMG WHY IS IT SO COLD IN HERE?????But I was there for an hour, and thoughroughly chilled... sigh. I'm going to get sick again, aren't I? ![]() |

Grammy, don't see why not! Popsicles are back, finding molds shouldn't be an issue. Online, Walmart, tjmaxx type stores (maybe more seasonally).

I ate a baked potato with cottage cheese, plus my coconut oil for a total of 390 cal. I should start doubling up on CO on UDs so I have more food calories on DDs. LOL
