Sara-- what about a chocolate bar? unless you find real food, that's good for 400 usually...
Natasha-- I was going to go for the potato thing tomorrow with you, but I"m loving my yogurt too much...even though it is 0% fat, so I guess that would work, I'm also a bit chicken to try all-day-potato. But I'm interested to see how you do with it, so please do post! Seems my lower DDs are working (or just the fact that I'm doing rotations and ya know, just doing it right ![]() Tomorrow on the DD, I'm going with my friend to her citizenship swearing in ceremony! It's at 0'dark thirty in the morning (waaaayyyyyy across town, like, 1-2hr drive in traffic) but I'm sooooo excited to see it, ya know? Ok-- today: B: nada, b/c I was meeting the ^ above friend for lunch today to plan for tomorrow. L: a really yummy small cup of portobella and spinach puree soup (no cream), and a SANDWICH (omg, burning my formerly low-carb ears! LOL)-- ciabbata bun, chicken, spicy hummus, grilled banana peppers, and smoked mozz (about 1oz).... S: some small tangerines, about 33 each... so maybe 100 there. D: not sure, the cleaners are coming, which usually messes up dinner time, so DH might pick up some wings... today is a day I JUDDD.... actually, I love it every day ![]()

Oh fun Soren! I went with a friend to hers several years ago, and it was just so great. The ceremony was nothing too special, but what it symbolizes is just so important and meaningful! Where is your friend from? Mine's from Romania.

I had French Toast flavored coffee with c&s and two bites of leftover pizza, but I wasn't really feeling the pizza. Waiting for my husband to get home (he's at his friends house, building our new computer!!!) and maybe we can go out for dinner tonight. I'm thinking steak, mashed potatoes, asparagus and DESSERT!!!!
I love saving all of my UD calories for a super calorific meal. It makes it so great to know I can have all these wonderful things and still lose weight! |

today: no breakfast, so I could have that sandwich at lunch w/out guilt! I think the whole deal came to about 600 cal give or take Dinner: we decided on chicken wings... 1 small wing, with skin and without any breading (0 carbs) is 89 calories ![]() this would be why I wasn't losing weight on Atkins... Anyway, I can have 16 small wings and maybe some chocolate ![]() S. |

Today was the first day since New Year's I had wheat. I wanted to go without for 4-6 weeks but ended it today. I just wasn't seeing any benefit.
So lunch was dd's homemade chicken pot pie that everyone had for dinner last night and a side of organic pickled beets. I wish they weren't so darn expensive 'cause they were yummy and were only 7 cal. per ounce. 'Dessert' was a 'fat bomb' made with raisins. Recently discovered that I love raisins in them. Dinner was grilled ham, egg & cheese on sprouted grain bread and sweet potato fries. And a glass of wine. ![]() |
