DD Wednesday!
I'm glad it's a DD, it's my TOM and I'm crampy.
Going to try to incorporate healthy foods on my DDs. And I actually have a plan for today. Breakfast-skip( besides coffee of course) Mid morning snack-handful of baby carrots Lunch-spinach salad tossed w/ 1-2 oz chicken and flax seed Afternoon snack-medium orange Evening-almonds,berries and dark chocolate |

Black coffee for breakfast Might try a potato day w/salsa or tabasco and beef broth soup |

B - 1 egg with SF marmalade, coffee with HWC (140) L - broth with gluc, celery (40) D - HB egg (75) |
B: Assam chopped chai (0)
L: Small Wendy's chili with habanero sauce D: Fish and veggies?? I have an appointment with the Rheumatologist today, so I'm going to work late. I'll probably pick up my chili on the way, so it'll be more like brunch. I have a Quest bar and cottage cheese at work if that doesn't carry me through to dinner. I'll not take a lunch to make up for coming in late. |

I just remembered Keira's school is doing a fundraiser at Chuck E. Cheese's tonight, so dinner will either be a salad or one slice of pizza. Gotta :heart: JUDDD! |

B: SF hot cocoa/instant coffee - very yummy! It's not a high-fat DD so allowed! L: Wedge of Laughing Cow chipotle cheese, pickles, broth if needed D: Big bowl of turkey/veg soup Hot and iced tea as needed through the day. Goal of around 420 cals. |

2nd DD - here we go!
B- coffee w a bit of Splenda & 1 TBS skim milk (got some strange looks from hubby measuring out the milk. Oh well!) L - hoping to hold off as long as possible D - Chocolate peanut butter protein shake (240 cal, 30g protein, 8g carb) I'll use celery and maybe a HB egg if I just can't make it. Oh, and cold medicine LOL. (Happy to report I've been fever free almost 24 hours!) :) |

Not eating until tonight (except for snacking from my dinner, which I already prepped -- For some reason it helps me a lot to have it ready so I can look forward to it.)
I'm a little hungry, but nothing too bad. I may have been hungrier yesterday on my UD. I'm fantasizing about having a DD next with only treats: dark chocolate, kombucha and roasted seaweed. We shall see... |

Well I went over by a little, but had a bowl of chili to end my DD. Wow, it was delicious! It didn't taste quite that good last night, but maybe because I'd already had 1500 calories beforehand! :D Ending very satisfied, although I would have liked to have a lower DD...can't win em all! ;)

Ended up with 310 for the day, and got all my healthy fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, dark chocolate and dark greens in!
