NEW LOW! DOING the Happy Dance!
I am really stunned today. Its only been one UD and one DD since you guys helped me to get things moving. I lowered each days cals by 100 each and I have gone from 245 to 241 this morning. Im almost afraid to get too excited because of the bounce but I seen it so guess I better claim it. Maybe now I can see a downward trend for a change. Thanks for your help!
